My 5 star rating is mostly to do with Tegan, the young lady that has cut my hair for the last 3 visits to Jagged Edge. She is a very competent hairdresser and after each visit I have been complimented on my haircut. She is also very personable and was very helpful when I couldn't find out how to book on-line.
Have had Sam cut my hair for many months now from jagged edge, he is very attentive to everything I need, and always provides excellent customer service and a very welcoming environment. He's been especially great in the development process of thee changing of my hairstyle and has helped me achieve the look I want, guving me great tips on how to maintain the high quality barber look even weeks after the haircut.
Despite being shadowed by an “experienced” barber, the mistakes the junior barber made during my haircut seem to have gone unnoticed and I had extremely bad lines left when finished. The normal barber didn’t even fix them. Had to go to another barber to get them fixed. Don’t think I’m in a hurry to let another trainee do my hair.
I want to say this was my third visit and I must say it was horrible experience Guy was just looking at his watch to shut and go home. Not at all interested in cutting hair plus hair handling was poor. First two experiences was very good in fact the first time I went guy was very nice and gave a good style to my hairs. This time I am regretting that why did I go and chose that person to cut my hair. He just spoiled it . Won't never visit back.
I went in here on the off chance they would cut my 2 yr old sons hair and had a great barber Santino! Not only was he great with my son he somehow made his hair look amazing even through all the wriggling, he spent so much time properly shaping it making sure it was perfect!! We've just been back today and the same great service! I will be going solely to Santino to cut my sons hair from now on - Thanks Santino!!!
I had a really good haircut experience. I put my head in Santino's hands and he transformed an haircut in the most relaxing half an hour. He did a great job and he is very friendly and talkative. Was pleasure and I will be back again to him.
