   Michelle and her team are completely brilliant. My children have previously failed to progress in shared lessons, but over a year of semi-private lessons their confidence and ability has skyrocketed, to the point that we're able to take them into the sea and to water parks without concern. Rhys is a fantastic teacher - he seems to have the ability to make even the dreamiest and most headstrong kids listen and focus, while also making them laugh, and coming to lessons with him is honestly the highlight of their school weeks. Michelle herself is responsive, helpful and very clearly cares about every child's happiness and progression. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Seachelles to anyone looking for a nurturing and friendly swimming school.

   Both of my children swam with Seachelles for 10years, they worked through their stages and enjoyed swimming for exercise weekly. I also took part in adult classes a while back too.The teachers are all amazing. Michelle the owner is so passionate, it was a privilege to be a part of the swim school. I would always highly recommend Seachelles to anyone looking for swimming classes in or around Norwich.

   We were recommended Seachelles Swim School by a friend, and honestly, we were so nervous before our first lesson. But Michelle was amazing—she made us feel totally at ease right away! She’s so patient and encouraging, and the whole experience was just really fun. We’ve had such a great time at our lessons and are feeling so much more confident in the water. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive swim school!

   My child has been at Seachelles Swim School for nearly all of his life, having first joined in the baby group at only a few months old. During this time his swimming has progressed extremely well and, more importantly, he continues to thoroughly enjoy his time there, to the point that Swimming Day is his favourite day of the week. Michelle has literally seen him grow up, having taught him in every group session that he has been in and now in private lessons. They have built a great relationship, which has helped him overcome fears and built his confidence in the water - you wouldn’t think he was the same child. He trusts her implicitly. Lessons are planned well in advance and communication with parents is excellent. Within reason, Michelle is flexible and accommodating to the needs of parents and children. On a few occasions we have had lessons with other Seachelles swimming teachers and have found them to also be highly experienced.

   My son currently has preschool lessons with Michelle having moved on from parent and baby lessons. She is amazing with him and others in the class. So patient, caring and empathetic towards their (and parents) needs. She provides such detailed information via email before the start of term outlining rules, expectations and information about the many pools She operates at. This is followed up with text messages and regular updates on her social media pages. My son can't wait for his weekly lessons and when he leaves all I hear about is how much he misses her on the way home! Thank you for making my son so happy and confident in the water x

   Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at seachelles. Michelle taught my 6 year old daughter and she suddenly one day removed her aid and expected her to swim. My daughter is naturally anxious and after that was refusing to go to lessons. The only way I could persuade her to keep going was to promise her that she could keep the aid on until was ready. Unfortunately Michelle ignored my request and continued to remove the aid. This has effected her confidence since sadly. Also, Michelle appeared to get frustrated with parents on numerous occasions for forgetting to bring swim hats and goggles. We are parents, please be a bit more forgiving!! I was ‘shouted’ at across the pool one day for trying to keep my toddler entailed with toddler snacks. I hadn’t realised the food rules applied to babies/toddlers but there is a way to tell people rules without shouting!! Sadly won’t be returning for a second term which I would have done had Michelle been more professional. Charlotte

   My son loves this swim school! The owner and the teachers are very kind, understanding and communicative. My son is coming along so quickly and we both look forward to the lessons weekly. Fantastic. I'm so pleased we found such a positive and pleasant swim school for my usually very timid son, who's really come out of his shell. Thank you.

   So disappointed. They have really knocked my daughter's confidence. Lesson times were changed without informing us and my daughter was left in tears. They subsequently tried to charge us for the lessons they rescheduled without informing us and I was shouted at down the phone by a very unpleasant and unprofessional woman who told me my children were no longer welcome because I had queried an invoice. I feel very let down and would advise anyone considering lessons to steer clear.
