We met with Willow PF and explained what we were doing with our property company and they confirmed that they could help with our financing. After securing a property and getting confirmation of a mortgage deal they could offer, we had very little communication. Eventually we contacted them and got a very curt reply, stating they could no longer work with us and wishing us well for the future. No explanation! We asked why and still no explanation. I’m not saying they are a bad company, I just wish they had not wasted 3 weeks of our time. After the big sell they did not deliver for us. An air of caution for anyone else working with them, make sure they can provide what they promise.
