I first visited GA Jewellers to find out if I could have a ring repaired. The stone had fallen out and the ring was very sentimental to me. I received a call from Harry who advised me that the ring was irreparable. He talked me through the various options available and invited me to come in and have some follow up discussions. I then settled on using the original stone to create a new ring. He was very patient and understanding realising how much the original ring meant to me. He helped and advised me on additional stones and settings and understood and allowed me to take my time to truly come up with something I would be happy with. Harry kept me up to date with the process and gave me a realistic timescale. I was so excited when I was told the ring was ready. The new ring is absolutely stunning. I am so happy. I am very impressed with the service and expertise I received and would wholeheartedly recommend Harry and GA Jewellers.

I took my watch to be repaired at The Pawnbrokers in George Street, Hove and found the staff very friendly and helpful. My watch was repaired within a few minutes . I have also exchanged foreign currencies there in the past and was always served with a smiling face and dealt with promptly. I definitely would recommend this company to you all

I had my Omega Aqua Terra bracelet changed at GA. I needed to try a combination of different links to get the fit that I wanted. This took quite a while but the manager was very patient while I kept changing my mind and it now fits perfectly. Really helpful staff, great service and very competitive price. A one stop shop hidden gem in Hove, not only does jewellery repairs and sells jewellery but buys gold for cash and offers a pawn broking service. Manager Justin and all his team are super respectful and helpful. I used the pawn brokers service for the first time recently and I was really hesitant, I'm not sure why, maybe some weird idea of a stigma attached but the assistant was very clear and kind and explained all the ins and outs and I had some much needed cash before I knew it to tide me over a tricky few days. I went back the following week and paid back the loan which was very reasonable. Highly recommend this place, especially as a woman, you will be treated with the utmost respect and gold star customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️
