First time at this lovely salon and Kleo was wonderful. She was warm and friendly in her manner, and confident in colouring and cutting my hair. A lovely first experience. I shall be back!!
It was my first time using this salon. I booked in with a newly qualified stylist . Sadly I left unhappy with my haircut and colour. I didn't say anything at the time as I find that difficult. When talking with the manager , sadly she was rude. I've also found they have blocked me from Facebook oddly. I will never go back again the unprofessionalism from the manager was shocking . Maybe I just got unlucky as there are other good reviews. I do however understand that as a newly qualified stylist mistakes can be made. But I did not feel comfortable going back in for the same person to rectify it.

I had my hair cut and styled by Millie as she required models to practice hair cuts and styling on. Millie was professional, friendly and listened to how I wanted my hair cut and styled. My hair hadn't been cut for some time and I was thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Millie for your hair requirements.
Sarah was BRILLIANT!!! I wasn't even sure of what I wanted and was a little apprehensive as I have long curly asian hair but she very quickly understood the look I wanted and she was absolutely brilliant!!! Also Millie was also absolutely lovely!!! Thank you SO very much!!!
Folks, this salon & stylists listen to their customer's! My story is, haven't been to salon in years, why? Because in the past nobody listens to what the customer is saying!! Today, in salon I had a brilliant experience, from time of arrival to time of leaving. The staff listen, & customer's are satisfied,, My hair looks&feels great. I left the salon feeling years younger, thank to the staff.
Really good! Lovely experience and warm welcome. Stylist was excellent and interpreted my very vague idea perfectly. Really pleased with the result. My daughter had her hair done too and was very happy. Will be back. Booked on line, which made life so much easier.
