Charged my girlfriend £65 to remove and put on some biab nails.. Disgusting! Checked on there price menu and says 40? Won't be returning be aware these people false advertise.
After visiting Tanails,on a 3 weekly basis since they have opened around 14 years ago,I have always been welcomed by Jenny and robin and am always pleased with my nails. Great service and always accommodating. 5 star from me!
Really disgusted! I very rarely get my nails done. Last week went for a manicure & pedicure, £98!!!! The young chap doing it was in training, it took 2 hours for French gels.Toe nails were not shaped and paint was uneven, my cuticles not treated, gel painted onto them which are now sore, white tips uneven and chipped after a week. I went to explain & they only offered to redo which I wasn't happy about as I rarely do this. This was a one off for a special occasion.They said no they have a no Refund Policy which is not written anywhere or advertised. I would of been happy if they offered half the money back instead of a redo, which I don't often have the time for. Or the money usually. Really really disappointing and won't be going back!!!! Happy to take cash only but not offer refunds. Trading standards now informed.
Don’t bother…paid £63 for my nails to last me 3 days before 4 came off and I had to remove the rest due to bank holiday closure and a me having a client meeting. Spoke to them and was told to go back so they can fix it and they tried to charge me £30 for an in-fill. Disgusting!
very rude and racist staff ,I went in to get my hands and feet done and was made to pay before they done my nails ,so I paid the £70 and they began to do my nails ,no one else in the shop had to pay first some people was even aloud to leave the shop and come back and pay will not be using again,out of the 20 people that I watched come in while I was getting my nails done not one single person was asked to pay it was quite embarrassing as everyone in the shop was staring at me.
Was booked for a gel mani/pedi… but had to walk out firstly as they had none of my colour choices available, secondly because they then tried to charge me £16 for a “manicure” whereby they didn’t even cut my cuticles, and lastly because I didn’t want to give them another penny! I could of painted better myself, my nail edges are not even painted properly with gel, nail shape hasn’t been filed properly… still have skin around my cuticles, painted over a smudge and a speckled dot of dust or whatever it is. Such a shame as this was my first visit and the place looks very professional!! Maybe I went on a bad day lol… but I believe the manager did this too!!!

If you are looking for a friendly, professional and value for money nail salon, then you won't regret going to TA Nails! Robin and Jenny make the effort to get to know their clients, always greeting them by name and with a big smile. They always go above and beyond to ensure their clients leave happy. Opening hours are great! Staying open until 7pm weeknights, I can easily fit getting my nails done in to my busy working week. Prices are competitive and they offer a wide variety of treatments and have an extensive collection of colours to choose from, which means it always takes me ages to decide what I want lol! Love going to TA Nails and will continue to do so for years to come.
