   Love this salon! Sania and Maryam are honestly the best at what they do. I had a full set done by Sania and pedicure by Rain’s nephew. He did an amazing job aswel so thank you , will definitely be having another again. I never get anything intricate (personal choice) but the attention to detail is second to none from all. They work so well as a team and are a great trio! I will always come back here with my daughter , She is a fussy 15 year old but loves it. They always make us feel welcome and love our chats and so entertaining. You are best ❤️

   Absolutely loved my experience! From start to finish, the team was so welcoming and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Maryam made sure the shape suited me perfectly, and absolutely nailed my inspo pics– they matched them flawlessly! Maryam was professional, friendly, attentive, and speedy. I’m in love with my nails and will definitely be coming back. They lasted perfectly no chips or breaks at all’Highly recommend Maryam to anyone looking for amazing nails! Xx

   Absolute nightmare of a salon. I paid £70 for a manicure and pedicure — the pedicure was barely acceptable, but the manicure is a complete joke. Within 2 days the polish was chipping off, and after just 1 week my nails were destroyed (see photos). My gels have always lasted over a month elsewhere — this place couldn’t even manage a few days. When I asked for a refund for the manicure (NOT the pedicure), they flat out refused. I never signed or agreed to any “no refund policy” because it doesn’t exist. Instead, they tried to brush me off with an offer to “fix” my nails. Why would I go back to a salon that did such a rubbish job in the first place? To make it worse, the salon is filthy, unhygienic, and badly run. Dust, dirt, and no attention to basic cleanliness. Add to that their rude and dismissive attitude, and you’ve got a business that clearly doesn’t care once they’ve taken your money. £70 completely wasted, nails ruined, and an embarrassing experience right before an important meeting. This place is dirty, unprofessional, and an absolute disgrace to the beauty industry. Avoid at all costs — unless you enjoy throwing your money away and walking out with nails worse than before.

   Hands down the best place to get your nails and eyelashes done in Luton. Came here over Xmas for the first time and the girls made me feel so welcomed. I got a full set of nails and hybrid lashes and they are the best set of nails and eyelashes I have ever got. I was done by Rain and she is so friendly and talented. I can also tell it’s the best place in Luton because it was so busy and I can hear other customers talk about what services they’ve had done there before and how no other salons in Luton can do what they do. Highly recommend.

   It was my first time in the shop, it was nice that they did my nails without an appointment although it wasn’t busy so it’s understandable. I’m not sure who did my nails since they had no name badge or have told me their name. She looked unhappy and bored which kinda rubbed off on me so I didn’t feel very welcome there. After moving to Luton I was looking for a nice nail technician and unfortunately I haven’t found it here. She didn’t let me wash my hands after shaping my nails so now there are a lot of little leftover stuff on my nails now. My nails look awful and after paying around £35-38 and straight after finishing it I went to get it taken off and redone at a different place. 2 girls have been in there and they both talked to each other in a different language which made me more uncomfortable. The technicians table was dirty so are her pots she used to put liquid in. After using the nail clips she didn’t sanitize them so I’m guessing they never do so it’s disgusting that that’s what’s been used on my nails. The brushes also looked dirty. So over all bad service, bad nails, dirty equipment. I don’t recommend it!! No wonder the place was empty.
