   I booked my appointment online for 2:30 pm and ended up waiting 40 minutes before anyone even started. I also didn’t get the technicians I requested—it genuinely feels like they don’t check the website at all. The person who did my nails didn’t understand what I was asking for. I asked twice for squoval nails, yet he continued shaping them square and did whatever he pleased. After all of that, I ended up leaving the appointment because nothing was being done the way I asked. All the time I wasted was extremely disappointing. They used to have great staff, but the customer service has become worse than ever lately. Unfortunately, this experience was nowhere near the standard they once had.

   Been here a couple times for gel nails and nail art. Usually good service however my most recent time visiting I had to wait an extra 20 minutes even though I had booked in advance on their website for a time slot. Additionally, the manicurist did cut into my cuticle quite a bit and was a little rough. I understand they may have been busy but causing minor bleeding is still unacceptable. Overall I would still visit again.

   Went here for gel polish and nail art and everything was super great! The staff are all really friendly and helpful. They are really quick with their service and really detail oriented. Henry was great at nail art and very good at making sure it was exact to the provided reference photo. Overall a lovely experience at this nail salon, highly recommend :)

   I have been going here on and off for a few years now, I won’t go anywhere else. The staff are so kind, friendly and attentive. They always offer me a drink. The salon is clean and inviting. Every time I’ve brought in a design for my nails they execute it perfectly, I’ve never had any issues with them and adore every set of nails I’ve had. Had an appointment with Michael today and he was so lovely & I left with an incredible set. Love love this place ❤️❤️

   First time at this salon, my nails look amazing, Hien did my nails perfectly and he was really precise and took his time with each nail, really impressed. All very professional and experienced the whole team. Will definitely be rebooking!

   (Writing from boyfriends account) I was recommended this salon by another salon for pedicures. I had gel nails and acrylic replacement's on my toes. the nails were lovely. but the welcoming was not as nice. The lady that done my feet made me feel like a hindrance! when she thought at first I just wanted gels, I then asked her for 2 acyclic nails as I lost my toe nails. all I heard was huffing and puffing and the looks I got wow! even the way I was spoken to was very stroppy. never experienced anything like it in any shop or salon in my life! and I never write reviews but after that service, there was a need for me to write this for sure. After this i wont be returning. its shame how just one member of staff can cause a shop to have a reputation!

   Will only have my nails done by the girls however Hughie done them last time and wow I was impressed. I will go out my way to drive to this place instead of anywhere near work as they are so much better!!! Very happy Only moan is the appt time is said Then your kept waiting…. But worth it

   Had my nails done by the lady owner, they were done exactly as I wanted them and was happy. I like them short as they grow so quickly. I've had the same done since March but had different people do them and when I had a new set done in july they were nice but a bit too wide for my hand. This time was just right.They always seem to be different when done by different people.
