   My mum has had her hair done a few times now by Ellie and she is so happy with the experience! Every time she's there she is treated so well by all the staff but Ellie really goes above and beyond to make mum feel happy! It's so nice to find such a great team of hairdressers that are so genuinely caring and helpful! Every visit has been such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend this impressive hairdressers!

   Brought my son here for his first perm (and a cut) and they couldn't have been more helpful and nice. He was absolutely delighted with his hair. Lara in particular was excellent in going the extra mile to ensure my son was happy with the perm and cut.

She always listens so carefully, is spot on with her advice and I'm always so happy with the results. Everyone here is super friendly and there is always a lovely atmosphere.    Amazing place. I have used this hairdressers for years. Keep going, then letting my hair grow, then going back etc. Really lovely atmosphere, staff are always friendly and I was absolutely amazed at the service I received today. I brought some colour shampoo and conditioner a few weeks ago and was just not getting on with it. I tried washing my hair with conditioner, without, using a tiny amount etc but the shampoo just did not suit my hair. I called on the off chance to see if they sold any other products as I wanted to ensure I brought a shampoo that would not strip my colour. The lady I spoke to on the desk was so helpful, understood what I meant and went off to see if they had something different. She came back on the phone and said they had, I was fully expecting to pay for this but she said if I hadn't used alot they would exchange so I took it back still thinking I would end up binning that and paying for a new one to my surprise they gave me a replacement for both and I didn't even have to pay the difference. So they really do care and its not just a sale. I cannot recommend them enough.

Lara has been cutting and colouring my hair now for over 15 years and I trust her completely in any advice she provides. I have recommended this salon to numerous friends and family members and the feedback has always been positive
