   I booked this appointment as my birthday treat. After seeing that they have over a thousand positive reviews and by choosing a senior member of staff I expected a great outcome. Unfortunately the opposite is the case!! The painfully chatty staff member cut my hair in different lengths and cut my fringe which looked like a 5 year old finding scissors and cutting their own hair. My hair has been thinned out despite me saying that I don't want it to be thinned out. All in all I have not been listening to whatsoever! I was/am devastated. I was the last customer on the day so I contacted the salon straight away the next morning and asked for a correction of the "haircut". Despite it being a different staff member it was still the same outcome, my hair is still in different lengths and my fringe is a disaster. Also there was a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the salon. Some customers have been offered mince pies and mulled wine. Neither of the days this wasn't offered to me. I wondered if the treatment may have been due to my accent which I openly communicated. At the end of that catastrophic experience I have been told that I will receive a refund. Almost a week later I still have not received my refund but an email by the manager telling me that I'm banned now (as if I would ever even suggest another visit there). This clearly shows once again that you can't trust reviews, especially when they are exceptionally phantastic. I hope I will at least get my money back as I have been promised!! Very distressing experience therefore I can not recommend this salon. Edit: As for the reply of the salon this is a complete twist of the actual situation. Nobody has been verbally attacked in any way. As for your CCTV (what a hilarious comment) you can see that neither of the Christmas specials have been offered to me! Also you must have seen that I was in tears. Not an experience I was hoping for. I have been told that it can take up to 5 days for the money to be back on my account. Now here in the reply it's 10 days. I can only shake my head to the comment it may be down to my bank. As for your "5 star treatment" there was nothing 5 star in the treatment I received at the time or after!

   What an unbelievable experience I had today with Chantelle! To say I’m thrilled with my haircut is an understatement! I’m so glad I made the journey from Birmingham as the results were more than I’d hoped for! The whole experience was lovely, the girls in the salon are all so friendly. Chantelle is a credit to your salon and to the world of hairdressing. She knew the kind of styles I liked and took the reins to create exactly what I wanted. One very happy client. Anna xx

   Lukas is The most attentive person, listened to my concerns reassured me and made my hair feel like Me again. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and just overall super friendly and smiley. Will definitely be the only salon I go to for future appointments!

   Chantelle is a creative artistic genius. She professionally transformed my hair from a long to short style today and it looks fabulous, reinforced by a complete stranger stopping me on the way back to the car from the salon , complimenting my hair and describing it as 'popping' ! Not only can she practically carry out immense skill with those scissors she also verbally explains the 'theory' behind every angle,cut and shape. She is a true visionary with incredible talent. It is such a pleasure and a privilege to have my hair cut by her. Thank you Chantelle x

   The staff are so welcoming and friendly and make sure you’re well looked after. The decor was very pretty and Mimi did an amazing job on my hair. I have never seen my hair this healthy and bouncy before I couldn’t believe how pretty the cut was thank you so much. I will definitely be back :)

   No.1 salon! Barney was brilliant. Helped me change up my look and I feel so confident and want to show my hair off. Amelia gave me a wonderful head massage. And an apprentice with red hair gave me a lovely hand massage. I’ve moved from Northampton to Birmingham but I still come all the way back here and it’s worth it! Thank you
