I had such a lovely experience at this salon! Edyta is absolutely amasing — she really listens to what you want and gives great advice on what will suit you best.
Extremely disappointed I went in for a standard trim told her how much I wanted off and they cut so much of my hair off to the point I felt like I could cry. I went in with hair nearly at the bottom of my back. Came out with it just below shoulders. Not at all what I asked for. Will not be returning again!!
Don’t recommend, went for a balayage and cut. They cut it before colouring my hair and said they would rectify the cut if it needed it after my hair was completed. After washing my hair they had two people brushing my hair with no regard for me whatsoever, as they backcombed my hair it was all knotted (which is normal and i understand) but they were brushing it harshly straight from the top of my hair resulting in my head being pulled in two directions and a lot of pain on my scalp. They also have the blow dryers on the highest heat setting and when everyone’s hair was being blow dried i watched so much smoke come from it and i have never seen that from any stylist before. After that it was okay however once i got home i realised that they hadn’t even cut my hair straight and it is slanted. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back there for my hair ever again.
A great experience. I usually don't like getting my hair cut and find a walk-in that takes 30 mins max. Today I had a cut, colour, highlights and styled. It couldn't have been better! Immediately welcomed by the friendly staff and the consultation was informative with great advice. I was quoted a price upfront which was reasonable. The results were amazing and the few hours I spent there flew by.
I don't think the hair dresser knows how to cut a fringe. I showed a reference photo but eventually it's nothing similar to the photo. Really disappointed. Now I am waiting for my hair to grow and go to another proper salon to get it done. If you are looking for a hair restyle don't go there.
In my opinion the best Hairdresser, solid work with hair coloring, hair cutting etc. Gonna stick with this place for longer (For now been here 5 times, and never been disappointed)
Had a full head colour, cut and blow dry today. I absolutely love it!! ❤️. This was my fourth visit. Staff are professional, friendly and courteous. With it being a family business it's great to see the little ones with mum and Dad. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you guys xx
Located in the town centre, beautiful and clean place, lovely staff, especially Jello who cut my hair. There is art in the way he does his job. I know I can just watch him whole day doing his job. Low prices for excellent service. What more do you need ☺️ Went again today, Teram (not sure of the spelling) did my haircut. So professional and quick! Did exactly what I asked for ☺️ It's a welcoming hub, people have smiles on their faces and the music is great! Fan!
I was really excited to get a haircut but unfortunately they ruined my fringe (see pictures - uneven and ridiculously short) even though I went in with a straight fringe. The first hairstylist was very distracted whilst doing my hair (having long conversations with other staff, going away and coming back several times). I agree with the other review left about a fringe - they don’t know how to do them so I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for anything other than a trim. They also blowdried my hair without giving it a parting so it looked really odd and settled with a wonky parting when I left the salon. Another stylist came to cut my hair again after my hair was blowdried to even out the left and right sides of my hair as they were wonky too (I didn’t ask for this, but I’m glad she noticed and fixed it). I didn’t have a colour put in but somehow they also got hair dye on my jeans. There were also children in the salon riding their scooters and running around which I don’t think helped the hairdressers who seemed very distracted.
