   Nikki and Jess H are the dream team! We are so incredibly grateful for all their work securing us a remortgage. We made things a bit complicated by staircasing off Shared Ownership at the same time, leading to multiple solicitors and processes running all at once. But Nikki and Jess were fantastic and continued to liaise with our solicitors, adjusted the mortgage accordingly, and always kept us well informed throughout the process.    I was introduced to Regan as a mortgage advisor by chance, through the agency I contacted for a property I was interested in, and I feel so lucky I was. Regan found a mortgage offer that allowed me to borrow much more than I thought I could, which meant I was able to buy a much better property that I absolutely love. But it wasn’t just about the mortgage offer, Regan was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. He always made time to respond to my messages or have quick calls and he was reassuring even during the more stressful moments. He set clear expectations, never overpromised and communicated everything in a professional, fast and clear way. As a first-time buyer, I had no prior experience with the process, but Regan made it all feel straightforward and manageable. I couldn’t thank him enough or recommend him more highly.
