Went at a quiet time for a hair cut. Came out with left and right side completely different. Was such a mess had to go to another salon 4 days later. Never go there it’s a rush job even when empty.
Finally found a hairdressers that not only listens to what I'm wanting but helps accomadate for those of us with disabilities, both visible & invisible. Lisa always works with me to create a haircut that I love and suits me. I wouldn't go anywhere else
I am so happy I have finally found a hairdressers that actually care about the customers hair. I had a great cut and blowdry for the first time in ages after visiting afew other salons that don't listen and do what they want. Lisa listens and does a amazing job.Lisa cut my hair and gave me lovely highlights today I feel a millon dollars today. Made me feel amazing. Thanks lisa I haven't felt this good about my hair in a very long time. 10 stars
I’m disappointed with my haircut, I’ve asked for long layers and movement but the haircut that I’ve received does not have any shape, no movement and the ends are very thick hard to style. No point cut. And she was not able to style my hair with wavy with brush. And I’ve left the salon with ordinary curls and very flat, no volume. I’m a hairdresser myself for 15 years but honestly I didn’t saw such a bad haircut.
Avoid this salon! I booked a fringe trim and layers on the phone. When I arrived, I was asked to wait at reception. Then the head hairdresser came from the back, asked me what I was having. I told her. She looked at me and said “We don’t cut your hair type”. I asked why not, and said that it was straightened so there shouldn’t be a problem. She just repeated what she said and I no choice but to leave. I felt humiliated. Never going back.
Fantastic hairdressers. Been going here for over 10 years. I would 100% recommend. I will not trust anyone else with my hair apart from Emilia! Professional hairdressers with approachable and kind staff. Cannot wait to return.
Avoid this salon. Book an appointment and I was 10 minutes late. I live in Thurleigh and explain to the hairdresser who is manager that I live far. she cancelled the appointment and I apologised but she was very rude, and shouted at me to leave. The manager is horrible and not a professional hairdresser. Needs to shut down with poor customer service unprofessional hairdresser with a dreadful attitude.
I cannot thank Emilia enough for doing my hair so well. I moved to Bedford a few years ago and tried quite a few salons (where I'd come out a bit disappointed) until someone recommended Studio 21. I went there to get my hair ombré, cut and styled and I have been going back ever since. I have always left completely ecstatic with how my hair has been done. The atmosphere is always lovely and they're always so welcoming. You can clearly tell how much Emilia, and all of the staff, care about the salon and their customers. I will continue to be a returning customer :)! Xx
