Great hairdressers. Saw Leah today who took my hair from very blonde to my natural colour. Very pleased with the service and results. I normally see Danielle who is also very good aswell. Would definitely recommend Danielle, Amy & Leah x
Had my child’s party here & the girls loved it! The staff were amazing and very interactive with all the kids too. I didn’t need to do a thing they had it all in hand, lovely ladies & I would definitely recommend x

I attended the hairdressers today with my daughter. It was our first time at this hairdressers. We were both greeted warmly at the desk. Chloe introduced herself and showed me where to go and have a seat. I explained to Chloe about my disability and Chloe was very patient and sensitive. Chloe was very friendly and compassionate. She worked out how to style my hair without causing me any pain or discomfort. Chloe listened to what I wanted done. She was very kind and thoughtful, . My hair was done lovely and and I would happily go back again for Chloe to style my hair again. The only slightly negative comment is my daughter was booked in for a patterned under cut style but unfortunately Amy informed my daughter that she wasn't able to do a patern on the under cut which was a bit of a disappointment for my daughter even though she was booked in for a patterned under cut. Her hair was lovely and looked good but not as she expected.
INSPIRE HAIRDRESSERS, NORTHAMPTON! After having to revisit on 3 different occasions in a week, i was given a refund as a, "goodwill gesture," and no offer to correct this mess. I was told it was, "just your hair", no responsibility taken for what had happened at all! After having to go to Toni&Guy to have the mess they made rectified, i was told by the owner of INSPIRE, "You have had a totally different colour applied from what you requested from us," so she wouldn't be covering the cost. Toni+Guy did what they needed to do to fix the mess made by INSPIRE under the SALON OWNER'S instruction! Since when was leaving a client's hair bright orange and patchy ever acceptable?! Or when was it the norm that qualified staff would ring the manager on her day off to find out what they should do?! When was it the norm that a salon manager would instruct her staff what to do over the phone without having seen a client's hair or its current condition?! Instead of taking this to the small claims court, for the sake of £200, i thought I'd share an honest review instead. Hopefully this will prevent any of you guys having the same experience!
Awful heartless women especially who I presume is the manager who spoke rudely to us too. I know the covid19 is about but I had my 7 year old with me and we were 15 mins away from home and she refused to let him use the toilet when he desperately needed a number 2. I understand customers aren't allowed to use the toilets because of the virus but I think their are certain circumstances. I hope this lady does not have children herself as she doesn't obviously have a heart!
I have been going to inspire for approx a year after being recommended to them for my graduation hair. I have gone from my damaged hair that was damaged by several years of box dye, to super healthy hair, and have been through so many colours (as I always like to try different things with my hair), I went to a blonde ombre, to copper and now am experimenting with red tones again! They are a great salon with friendly ladies who always listen and are so creative and talented with their ideas and abilities with hair, they are so confident, passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. I always come out with fabulous hair which makes me feel amazing! It is not badly priced either and the service really make it worth every penny! Wouldn't go anywhere else after being to this salon.
