Sophie is brilliant. She listens and gives honest views when you arrive with unrealistic expectations of what is possible with your hair. I've been with her for several years, always leave feeling happy and glam. Even if we are just going home for a lockdown night in. We are worth it! Sophie looks after you, her timing with other clients is always perfect, she never rushes and I particularly enjoy the head massage and music as well as the hair colour and cut. I find Sophie's blow drys last me 4 days, I have wavy hair and she curls it for me just with hairdryer and brush. She remembers each time that my scalp is sensitive to heat and always uses the cooler setting. My pics show me after Sophie has cut shape into some extensions (done elsewhere). Brilliant blending and toning with fab curl.
