Very happy with how I am treated at Mirrors, my hair looks lovely when it is done the only problem is getting an appointment.
Edit: There's currently not a barber at Mirrors. My 5 and 2 year olds boys love getting their hair cut by Rasta, (as do I!) and she listens to what we want and makes sure the boys are happy.
If you want a skin fade don't go here. I hate to give negative reviews but this was the worst haircut I've ever had and also the worst customer experience. Very bad skin fade and also cut on the top practically non-existent. All done in less than 10 minutes. There was no fade as such, it was very obvious that the person who cut my hair has no training to do this type of cut. They should stop offering it as a service, or have the person trained in it. No technique, no method, just crazy cuts without measuring anything and without care. Because of all this, I could not hide my unhappy face and the person was very offended. Blaming me and calling me rude and offering to charge me less for the cut. The latter, I'm sorry, but it's not enough either. Obviously you can't charge £18 for a skin face and cut done in less than 10 minutes. Plus this discount felt more like a way of making me feel bad for having offended her than a way of making up for my dissatisfaction. I even ended up asking for forgiveness, which I now regret.
Andrea did another cut, colour, highlight and style on both mine and my daughters hair this week. Fantastic job again, we both love it. A great salon with friendly and helpful staff.

Took my son in for a haircut, the lady doing it was brilliant with both kids. I ended up getting mine cut while we were there
