Went to book my dog in for full groom. The one person working there said they are fully booked until November. Maybe a good idea to employ more staff as they must be loosing lots of customers.
Have been going to the Newhaven branch for some time now and they always do an amazing job! My dog is a bit anxious at the groomers but the staff are really gentle and always so kind and friendly - wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Taken my dog three times for a cut / shampoo here. Staff are really lovely and the last time we went they did a particularly good job.
First time with a young puppy and the team made it really easy for us. Puppy is rather dramatic just like daddy, but we had a great time and can highly recommend the Puppy Groom - Louis has come out looking even more adorable!
