   Benwick looked after Alfie so well that he came home happier than he’s ever been. I loved seeing all the regular updates on their social media, and it was clear he was having the best time (he didn’t even want to leave the staff he’d bonded with, and everyone knew him by name!) He’s a sensitive soul and can be reactive, so I’m usually nervous about kennels, but he settled instantly and I could fully relax on our two-week trip. He also had a gorgeous groom from Carly at CJ Happy Tails and came back looking very smart. Huge thanks to the whole team for being so friendly, professional and welcoming from my very first email — we’ll definitely be using Benwick again (and finding more excuses to go away!).

   I had Benwick take care of my two cats while I was moving in to a new flat, and they did a phenomenal job. My cats are not used to new environments and can be shy, but the folks at Benwick gave them great care. I was also really pleased with their communiication. I could not have asked for a better cat sitter!

   Used Berwick for my dog again whilst I went away. I Can not fault them. Its lovely knowing my dog is looked after and he clearly enjoys his time at Berwick. I Will continue to use them in the future. Staff are Lovely too.

   We have just picked up our Westie from this wonderful kennels . He has been with them for 3 weeks & he has come home in perfect health & happy . The proprietors & all the staff are amazing, they really love & care for animals as their own & were so understanding of our concerns of leaving him after we left him, last year with a dreadful kennels, that nearly killed him. We phoned regularly & they were always happy to talk to us . THANK YOU so much BENWICK’s . He will always stay there when we go on holiday.

   It's an excellent cattery. They were looking after our two cats for an extended period of time preceding a relocation to the states. Both cats had excellent care, the cattery even helped us with vaccinations which we couldn't get with our regular vet clinic and also helped to coordinate with the company relocating the cats. All in all they went well above and beyond any possible expectations, were extremely responsive and provided amazing care to our cats.
