   Spent thousands over the years through my business, never had a problem until recently I have a crank seal go faulty 3 months after fitting. Won't warranty because I'm not a "Ford garage" or even send a replacement or cover a penny for labour. Saying I have to send my customer somewhere else which ofcourse just comes across like I'm fobbing my customer off, or I have to pay out my own pocket and do the entire job again free of charge. Shame really as this is the first time I've ever had a part go faulty in 6 years.
