   Went in for a simple beard shaping and removal of extra side grown hairs here n there, for reference I had a 4 inches long beard and this barber took a machine a removed my beard altogether reducing it to 0.5 inches. I furiously left the shop but the owner (probably) 5.5 inch tall bald muscular guy 45 years old tried to hold me hostage and won't let me leave without paying and then he started following me. While I was on call with the police he kicked me in my back, punched me in the stomach, pushed me multiple times and even took off the glasses from my face while swearing at me and yelling "I'm gonna punch you in the face". I told him police is on the line with me and they are listening what you're saying. In the meantime a police car drove next to us and then he gave me my glasses back and left my way. These are a bunch of bullies disguised as incompetent barbers. STAY AWAY STAY SAFE!!!

   I really liked the place ,they are really professional barbers, their customer service is wow. The place made me feel at home, at a point I felt I was in my home country . Now am a bit homesick lol. I would really recommend the place for any African who wants to have a haircut in Northampton
