Used this place for the past 8 years. A quick , good and cheap haircut. The staff, particularly Rachel is lovely.
Only visiting as the owner had kindly allowed her shop to be used for some filming by Screen Northants of Fortune Cookies their latest project. Rachael (the owner) was unbelievable helpful.
Horrific customer service - Advertises ladies hair cut outside shop then when I called the lady was extremely rude and disrespectful, she literally just hung up the call abruptly. Would absolutely not recommend this place. Don't normally write reviews but if I was able to give a minus star rating I would.
Sunday's normally a little wait but as she's on her own it's worth the wait best cut I've had..
Good value for money and good quality haircuts. Open Sunday mornings as well which is handy. Can get busy in there, so you may have to wait during busy times. It is on a busy stretch of Kingsthorpe and does not have any parking of its own so you'll need to park offstreet or in the nearby supermarkets.
