Walked in shop completely empty other than the staff! Took my son in who need just a short back and sides, trim on top where he has a curly hair! Walked out disappointed! Cut all his curls out completely .. My son was really upset that the lad didn’t listen to instructions Good job it was a one off as his usual barber was stacked out.

Avoid! Avoid!! Absolutely avoid this place at all means if you value your hair! The barber does not listen to what you want them to do or the hair cut you ask them to give. They do what they like to do and what’s worse is they yank and cut the hair in a damaging way! Really messed up my hair cut - and the barber’s ability understand what the customer needs is truly disappointing! Never again will I recommend this place or visit this place! My hair has been cut in an awful way and has left it damaged!

I’ve been to this barbers three times now. The first time was excellent and I had no problems at all. The next time I asked for a wash and cut and was told no as they were too busy even though I’d waited 30 minutes plus and they weren’t busy. The next time I went, again I wanted the full shave, wash and haircut as advertised. I waited 40 minutes for my turn. I sat in the chair and again was told I couldn’t have what I wanted as he was too busy even though there was only one person waiting. If the barbers offers a service then they should supply it. I’m the customer and if you sell it then you shouldn’t tell the customer they can’t have a service. Will I go again? Yes but on a day when there are more staff on so I can choose the barber. Don’t advertise a service if you can’t offer it ALL the time and stop being rude to your customers.
haircuts are good. staff are good too reason for 3 stars is the opening times, it says on the door open at 9am during the week, twice now i have stood outside from 8.50 till 9.45 and no one there. really annoying when trying to plan you day around stuff that needs doing
One of the best barbers in Northampton. First time, I tried there because it was only saloon open during a bank holiday, he did give a amazing haircut to my satisfaction. Since then I am a repeat customer. High quality service at relatively moderate price.Its a busy place so be prepared to wait a little.
