I took my car here last year 2023, very pleased with the service. No problems, issues at all. Will be booking again for MOT.
Never been spoken too like they have. Van couldn't be MOT'd due to a light being on the dash. Which I understand, but to be spoken to like I was by one of the men in the office was disgusting. He spoke to me like i was something he wiped off his shoe. Wouldn't use them and wouldn't recommend!
I recommend 100% my car did not pass MOT, everything was repaired on the same day for a low price and the car is operational

Had a what I thought was a wheel bearing gone dropped the car off to be told in a matter of minutes it’s the tyre back on the road the same day. No hassle and a brilliant bunch.

Company Van's mot had run out and needed a appointment urgently. Parkhall commercials booked us in straight away. Really friendly and helpful . Great service. Would recommend to anyone.
My car was just at the end of its mot extension, i rang these up as came up first on google explained my situation and managed squeeze me in which i was so grateful for. They let me wait wile i had mot and service and for once i was even offered a coffee and a juice for my little boy. Perfect service and cheaper than i excepted. defo recommended these to anyone thanks lucy xxx
I took my car in for an MOT and it failed on several things. I was quoted £880 plus VAT for the work, which seemed a bit excessive considering I eventually got the work completed for £350 elsewhere. I took the car back for the free re-test which then picked up 1 additional fault not even on the major or advisory list on the first test. The reason that was given was that a different person had done the test. Surely the standard should be the same for all vehicles that are tested. This now means I have to fix this fault and pay for an additional test when this should have been identified in the first instance. The tax for this car is due on Oct 1 ( which Is why I had it tested last week). Now I have a car which cannot be taxed and is not road worthy and potentially dangerous to drive with a young family. I would not recommend taking your car here.
