   Slow service and looks of confusion from the staff. One lady in particular was outstanding, outstandingly bad. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was very short, with a shorter temperament; swearing excessively behind the counter and she was rude to customers. Service was painstakingly slow and the restaurant was filthy. Would have made an official complaint with the burger king website but the receipts had no paper! Typical. I’ll be impressed if this burger king is present in Trostre a year from now.

   Food poor. Toilet discussing wouldn't go back. Waste of money. Surprised at the poor level of hygiene and the lack of customer satisfaction. Machine didn't print ticket either.

   Just walked out waiting for full refund from counter and food was stone cold. staff calling for food and walking off chips must have been served up before burgers cooked. Absolutely shocking service. The staff just stood around not serving customers or helping with the orders. No organisation into how to prepare an order to serve to customers warm. I have never been served chips so cold and then when they tried to serve our order she couldn't even read and prepare 3 drinks she just questioned us when we ask her for the other drinks in our order.

   Leo was working the drive thru and did a great job. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and got the order right without any issues. The service was quick and he kept a good attitude even while things were busy.

   This is terrible. I had to reassemble the burger. And the burger was almost cold. The onion was cut approximately three centimeters thick, which is unacceptable.

   It's clear that the staff working on the day of the 21/03/23 had all missed their customer service training, all 4 members seen were devoid of any personality or social graces that you'd think would be a priority when employed in this line of work. I've had better customer interaction at a cash point!!! Ps the food was Ok, so had 2 stars, otherwise it would have been no stars!

   The food tastes great, but navigating the menu screens can be a pain. Not as straightforward as their competitors' order systems. Prices are high, but drink top-ups are a welcome treat. The restaurant was clean & tidy with well-presented staff. My low mark for service only reflects the ordering interface/software, and in no way takes away from the professional, friendly service of the employees.

   Went through drive through paid then waited in parking spot until ready . Got home only to find bbq double burger missing moral of the story check before you leave because they don't.

   Nice and clean, staff seemed cheerful and friendly. The burger was great. Only down side was a code needed to use the toilet. A sign says it was on the reciept, but it wasn't. No-one I know is comfortable announcing when they need to use the toilet in a public eating place. Bladders were held until we reached Costa.

   Very disappointing. I ordered via the drive through, had to wait about 3-4 minutes at the payment window before staff waved me on to the next window where I paid and was given drinks, then asked to wait at the collection bays. Several minutes later I was given a partial order, missing an entire meal and a burger. I had to go in to resolve the issue, was given the last items and left. When I opened up my classic double cheese melt there was the tiniest amount of cheese sauce on it, and it was cool and dry. When I went back in to complain I was told "Well that's the classic double cheese melt.", and when I tried to make it clear I wasn't satisfied I was again told brusquely "That's the burger.". A very slow drive through and incredibly unhelpful and uncaring staff made this an unpleasant visit, and I won't be going back again.
