Portside Vets are a friendly & competent surgery. The receptionist's are very friendly and efficient. The vet's are caring, informative and competent. I was very happy with the service I have received each time I've been to the site and am pleased that I choose them for my kittens care.
We have been very impressed by the high standards and consistent level of care and professionalism at Portside. From diagnosis through to surgery and post op care, requiring several visits, for our senior dog Jake, all of which have been consistently excellent and all with the same Vet. All costs were fully explained prior to treatment. Detailed printed post op instructions were given. Additionally we spoke with the vet on the telephone whenever we needed reassurance. We have nothing but the highest praise for Portside and all the staff. Thank you to you all.
Really fantastic care from this vets. Our little cockapoo was so poorly and we thought we were going to lose him. The care given was first class and the vet was very reassuring. Without a doubt they saved his life and I can't thank them enough.
Very understanding vets and great with our dogs. Usually able to book an appointment hassle free. Lunar even got a bravery award when they fixed her leg. Nice not to get huffed and tutted at which I've found with some other vets. Good to have a team of workers and receptionists that care for their customers just as much as the animals.
Brilliant surgery that always have the animals best interests at heart. Very fairly priced and don't rip you off. I came as an emergency with my new rescue cat, and have stayed because definitely no reason not to!
I cannot express how much these vet's did a superb job on how they treated my puppy. Empathy, kindness and friendliness made a very traumatic experience a lot easier.
Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Istvan was brilliant with one of my slightly 'shy of vets' Spaniels (Belle) and completely connected with how and where she felt safe being treated which resulted in a very happy/trusting relaxed dog for future visits.Very careful and thorough treatment and advice which set my mind at rest too. Thank you so much. Highly recommend on every level.
Our Georgia cat needed a trim and the service we received at Portside vets was superb. The young lady nurse was so nice and caring and did such a good job faced with a difficult matty problem. Thank you so much..great job. Georgia is very happy.xx
