   Always get excellent service at townhouse in Milton Keynes. Teya is amazing, so professional, easy to talk to and fantastic at what she does. I have had all sort of nail designs and finishes, Teya always executes these brilliantly. My nails are always neat and exactly what I ask for. I always walk out happy with the service and the treatment I have had. All of the staff are really helpful and kind. The stations are always super clean. If I have ever been unhappy with something, it is resolved swiftly and kindly.

   My friend and I visited townhouse the day before her wedding for a gel pedicure and gel manicure - its easily the best my hand nails and toenails have ever looked! Ebru did an amazing job on both of them, she was really friendly and was considerate at all times (asking if the temp of the water was ok in the foot bath for e.g.). She was friendly and warm, and so talented at what she does. If I lived closer I’d make MK townhouse my regular, if townhouse ever expand up north then I’d be the first to visit again! Thank you ☺️

   I had a lovely gel manicure with nail art with Ebru and I was delighted with the final outcome. She paid attention to detail and I didn't feel like the appointment was being rushed. A few days later, I unfortunately had a chip on one nail but after an email to customer care they promptly made me an appointment for a complimentary 'redo' thanks to their 7 day chip guarantee! These things happen, but it's the customer service that matters most. Very impressed!
