I've been coming here for the last 17yrs & wouldn't go anywhere else. A very caring friendly efficient vets. We had Michael (also made his 30th vets anniversary cake) with our other dog & have seen Ada with our new one. Highly recommended
I have no negative comments to say about this practice. Receptionists are friendly polite and understanding, All treatment advice from vets has always been the right choice. Despite being fully booked, They were able to slot in an appointment for my Shadow when he needed to be seen. Can't thank them enough for the care and understanding they have shown.
Us and our cats Elton & Elvis always feel at ease at the vets. The receptionists are always so friendly and the vets are very caring and gentle handling them. Could not recommend more!
Northdale have been nothing short of excellent with my two dogs. One is elderly and the other a bulldog, so potentially both money pits, but Northdale have always been careful to listen, treat after considering all factors and I feel that they have always got it right first time and that saves on cost, time and most importantly my dogs comfort. They are the best!
Lovely reception and friendly to pets and people alike receptionists. Clearly animal lovers. Caring and knowledgeable vets. I was very confident of their care and expertise. Hugo was not phased.
Fantastic team and service from everyone. When one of our cats got hit by a car and died, the whole team was so supportive and amazing. We have never had exceptional experience every time and always make our cats calm and comfortable.
I brought my poppy to the vets today as she has been suffering with seizures since last night. Every single Member of staff today were amazing. I would like to say a special thank you to the two young receptionist ladies that ran up the road wrapped my dog in a blanket and carried her back to the vets to been seen again and to the vet himself who took the time to see her twice in under an hour even though he was clearly busy with other animals. Thank you so much, such a lot of kindness at this practice , you are all above and beyond.
I have been with Northdale vets for many years, firstly in Lancing and now in Worthing. The staff are lovely both in reception and the nurses and vets. Their practice is within walking distance of where I live,so it makes it convenient and easy to get to.
