   Amazing every time! Been coming here for about a year now and I will never go to another salon again. I’ve had acrylics, gels, pedicures, gel toes and the nails last such a long time! By far my favourite salon ever. Staff are so lovely and kind, always willing change colours and fix anything when you change your mind half way through, like me! Any designs I always take a picture with me and they always get it spot on!

   Very unpretentious business they don't upsell or tell you things you want to hear. I have been coming here for years, the prices are reasonable and the staff try their best to deliver what customers want. I find them friendly and they are great for lovely nails design.

   Friendly staff. However my thumb was shaped a bit wonky with acrylic, my nails never went under a uv lamp at all, when I picked my colour all the chemicals was sitting at the top of the bottle, to dry my nails they made me sit for 10 minutes under a silly dryer. I had a matte top coat which the woman poured one bottle of matte top coat into another bottle, she then watered it down with the liquid you use for acrylic nails! I was shocked. But I was fuming when I left the shop and no less than 2 minutes later I had to go back because my dodgy thumb had dented in! They made me sit down for another 10 minutes with the dryer and she told me I should just do shellac next time. Convinced the polishes was out of date, because all of my nails have a bubbly residue mark.

   This is the third time I have had my nails done here. My nails look nice but they are rather rough and over use of the electric file. My last visit I was left with very sore nails. Also not a very relaxing experience as there were ththree children making a noise and used very loud iPads. Not professional that respect

   Got my nails done today, i left disappointed with sore nails. i did point them out errors to the lady doing them but she kept asking the other tech next to her and she was shutting me down. I had nail glue stuck on my skin under my thumb and ring finger and small finger which was so painful, she left solution to make the acrylic all over my nails and the paint job was a not good at all. The only thing i was happy about was the shape! I didn’t want to make a fuss so i paid and left. I went to primark beauty bar and they fixed everything for £10 and repainted them.
