   Very very disappointed. My usual nail technician was sick and I was about to go on holiday so desperately needed to find somewhere to do my nails. Contacted USA nails and asked for a French with chrome. I have weak nails and so my usual technician builds them up with builder gel. Told all this to the chap so he knew and he agreed to do them. He then proceeded to file the existing gel off back to my own nail. Very rough handling like he was rushing. I mentioned again that my usual technician applied builder gel to strengthen my nails when the lady manicurist started on my nails and her words were, ‘we do it differently here’. She then proceeded to clip my nails with a clipper and I lost all the length on them, right down to the fingertip. I didn’t ask for this, she just did it. The overall effect was neat and tidy but short. However, just 48 hours later the top coat was chipping and flaking away and a day or two after that, the gel cracked on three nails. Shocked and disappointed that they charged so much for a really shoddy and amateur job. Having your nails done is supposed to be a treat but this felt rushed and both the pedicure and manicure were really roughly handled. Saying that, I have given one star because the spa pedicure they did was nice and the gel polish on my toes has stayed looking good.

   Today I had my nails and toes . The spa pedicure along with back massage while in chair is so good . The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company 100%

   i booked a gel take off and gel manicure for 1:30pm but he didn’t start until 2pm. this wasn’t too much of a problem but already off to a bad start. because he started late, it felt like he was rushing to finish as there were other customers waiting. however, i’ll give him the benefit of the doubt because it was only him and his colleague there today. the nails aren’t terrible, but they do look like i could’ve done them myself. the base gel and top coat application was messy so it ended up hardening on my skin. again this isn’t that deep i just went home and filed it off. overall, the process of getting this manicure clearly wasn’t great. they do have nice reviews though so maybe today was an off day but i definitely will not be going here again to find out.

   I have been coming here for the last couple of years and they are amazing! Never had any issues and nails stay beautiful for 4 weeks! Great range of colours and they can do any design.
