   Called them because my dog had swallowed a large object late on a Sunday. Not previously registered with them. After phone triage was I was asked to take him in. He was seen straight away and the object retrieved. All of the nurses and the vet were kind and polite. It was clear that they were communicating with each other as we were expected on arrival. Although I hope that we don't require an emergency Vet in future, I will come here if we do.

   As an emergency vet service in Brighton we could not take our cat to them, but we were referred to an emergency service in Worthing. Unbelievable they are 10 minutes away in the car and are semding us to Worthing to see an emergency Vet. Appalling service.

   While my memory here is heartbreaking, the facility and the staff were absolutely incredible and warm. We got all the support we needed, both medically and emotionally. Would recommend to people in need.

   I wasn't registered with this vet, but took my dog in for an emergency when she took a turn. She sadly passed the following day, but every single member of staff I dealt with was completely professional, empathetic and tactfully honest. I'm not sure her name, but in particular the vet who conducted the final prodecure with my dog was excellent, with an excellent manner, extremely kind and caring both to me and my pet. This practice is staffed by people who genuinely care about animals.

   Called last night to get help for my dog who I found with a large portion of skin missing on her chest, was that it would need looking at. However I was then told they were too busy and to go somewhere else
