I have used this cattery several times now. Its a friendly welcoming place, cabins all clean and well maintained. My boys first started going when they were kittens with their older brother. They used to be painfully shy and not eat, now they are 2 and much happier to go. The staff are patient and supportive towards the cats, which helps bring them out of their shells. I received a report in july about how they got on it was nice to read. I didn't get one today so ill have to ask the boys how they got on. The road to get to the cattery can be a bit intimidating at first but after a few trips you get used to it.

We left our cat here at short notice after our usual cattery closed down. We were really impressed with the facilities and the helpfulness, kindness and knowledge of the staff. In addition, the booking process was straightforward and professional. Sadly we have now moved away from the area but would happily recommend Cuckfield Cattery to all cat owners.

My cat has stayed with them several times now and he is always perfectly taken care of. He has been known to get stressed out at catteries in the past and shows absolutely no signs of stress when I collect him from Cuckfield. In fact, he always seems very chilled out and happy even after longer stays with them. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has always been very kind and helpful. They have also accepted our last minute bookings lots of times which is great. So happy to have such a great cattery nearby!

Highly recommend Cuckfield Cattery. We picked up our 8 month old kitten this morning after leaving him for four nights, the first time we had gone away since we have had him. The cattery is incredibly quiet and calm and everyone there clearly love the cats they look after. When we dropped him off he was immediately relaxed and happy to explore his run. I needn’t have been at all nervous leaving him. He has been very well looked after and I am so impressed with the staff at the cattery - they knew him by name when we went to collect him and he had had lots of attention and affection during his stay. He was very happy with the staff there and jumped down to greet us all as we approached his run to collect him, purring away. He came home and was so relaxed it was like he had never been away. We will definitely be using Cuckfield cattery again. Thank you for looking after our kitten so well.

Couldn’t ask for nicer staff. They really care for the cats and went the extra mile to ensure their residents were kept as cool and hydrated as possible during the extreme heat. First time stay for my cat and won’t be the last. He was dropped back home very happy and healthy. Very reasonably priced too!

Brilliant -safe and caring cattery.. We have been using them for 15 years now and 3 cats later we would still recommend them.. Our latest cat Little Peaches was hand bottle fed as her mother would not feed her kittens and is now nearly 3 years old . When she was 6 months old my son needed emergency brain surgery in London and we had to leave Little Peaches at the cattery as we trusted no-one else to ,leave her with...needless to say they were both well looked after... We would highly recommend them...

This Cattery is by far the best we have been to. Exceptionally clean, staff are very caring. We feel 100% at ease with out two Siberian cats staying, they come back home calm. Very accommodating to dietary and medication administration too. Very secure environment. Cats welcomed by name each time, nice personal touch. Always go above and beyond.
