Staff are wonderful and very professional. The dogs are well looked after and Dizzy seems to love it here. He has even made 2 new friends. Have booked more sessions for him.
Just found out that our dog was put in kennels when we had paid for her to be in the luxury accommodation. Our dog had previously been abandoned twice before we rescued her and had spent a lot of time in kennels which is why we would never put her through that again. We only found out by accident that she had been put in kennels instead of what we paid for. When we complained we were told that we were wrong and that we had chosen to put her in the normal kennels. We will never trust old Clayton again.
What can I say about the team at daycare and at the overnight boarding they are truly amazing they really go above and beyond in looking after your pet. I trust them 100% in looking after my dog Bobby who loves all the girls and boys who work there. I would like to say a big thank you to Becca who is a super star 10 out of 10
Lovely facilities and staff, I book a double enclosure for my two cats which has a door in between so they can be separated or together depending on their mood! I always feel comfortable leaving them at Old Clayton.
I use the barking success day care for the puppy social mornings and occasionally for 2 hours each day for my 18 week old deaf Dalmatian pup! They are brilliant with him and very good at helping him build confidence, he’s always well looked after and the staff are lovely to him! Would highly recommend.
My puppy's had a long weekend stay there last week and they seemed to have enjoyed their selfs and came home happy

My girls go to the 'nursery' 2/3 times a week. The people are amazing, great with our dogs and very knowledgeable. Despite having a poorly dog, they are happy for her to attend and make sure she is ok. My girls love going and don't want to leave!!
