   Our dog is 10years old and had never been in kennels we picked little furlong after looking at 5 others. He was there for 12 nights and loved it. He hate us picking him up so I told them. He also doesn’t mix well with other dog. They got him mixing well and could even pick him up for cuddles. We would never put him anywhere else he loves it there. They are so friendly and love our dog. Thank you so much.❤️

   I have just collected our dog. It was her first visit. She was happy when we dropped her off and excited to see us when we collected her today. She had a lovely time and is sleeping with content. Thank you for having my dopy dog. She is so trusting and loving, I can see that she would be happy to go back to you again. Great place and great service.

   When I had called to enquire about space and cost, I was informed it would be £25 per night, but on collection, I was charged £25 per day. When I challenged that, I was told I would not have been told that, and then i was pointed to a wall splattered with notifications about cost structure and rules, and that it's on their website. Clearly I didn't peruse their site, because I called! I also didn't care for the implication that I was making it up. I would also argue, that perhaps then there must be many miscommunications for that wall to look like that. He further proceeded to have a go at me, for being late. Hold my hands up to that, I didnt check, fair enough, I just dont care for the attitude! Moreover, I was told the dogs are let out 4 times a day. But by the time I got home, my dog was so desperate for the toilet, he stood peeing for far too long for a dog that had apparently been let out 3 hours before. What would the state of him had been if I hadn't collected him when I did!? And when i did, I almost didn't recognise my him, his demeanor was completely different. Not happy at all! When I had called when we were away, to see how he was getting on, the woman who answered told me without missing a beat, he was fine. She didn't even check, it was like a automated standard response. I will not be recommending this kennel to anyone, quite the opposite!

   Wasn't too sure about here when I first turned up, as it was quite noisy with the dogs barking, which my little cat wasn't too happy about. However, she appeared to settle ok, ate well, and was groomed, which she needs. The staff were friendly and seemed to care for the animals in their care.

   I found everything about Little Furlong Kennels to be excellent from the moment I first emailed an enquiry; I received a reply very quickly. I also received no breed discrimination. I have a Doberman who is extremely dog friendly and people friendly, sadly some kennels have discriminated against Pumba simply hearing he is a Doberman. The system of dropping off and collecting is simple and efficient. On dropping off Tina and her staff asked lots of appropriate questions and were interested in making Pumba's stay as "normal " as possible and were more than happy for me to bring his bed/blanket in. I was also impressed with how they dealt with another customer and her dog's diet. They wanted to get it 100% correct. Attention to detail matters especially when dealing with our best furry pals . I would thoroughly recommend Little Furlong kennels a very pleasing first use with them and he is already booked in for October. Thank you Tina and to your staff.;
