My little dog has been going here for the last few months to attend treadmill hydrotherapy following a neurological injury. The staff are wonderful and make us feel very welcome every time. My dog doesn't like water but has been made to feel at ease- he loves to cuddle Justine especially! Thanks guys :)
5 stars! ***** I wish I could give more stars and I would if it was possible. Thank you to everyone at Roundstone for looking after Fred and Fifi for day care whilst I was working. They came back very happy every day and slept from the minute I picked them up(which was great)! Both were happy and keen to go down with staff each morning, even our nervous pooch! The staff are informative and they really get to know your dog. I felt very comfortable with leaving our dogs with them and I felt they were so safe and cared for. Can’t wait for the dogs to stay with you again when there’s availability. Thank you!! 5 stars! Photo of them asleep as soon as we got home!

Hydrotherapy pool. Everything your dogs needs for a fun and safe swim. Inc toys, life jackets, neoprene snoods etc. Long gradual ramp into the pool. Friendly staff. Area to wash and dry your dog off after the swim.
Wonderful hydrotherapy. My two beloved dogs, Monty & Ruby, had rehabilitative swims for about four years collectively; I've used kennels, too. Incredible care & expertise from Justine & Paul, to Becky, Sean, Amy & Lisa. Paul's also done wonders helping my two newer canines with behavioural issues. Many thanks. Highest recommendation

We have had a good look round at cat boarding places this week ,all good in their own way some cheaper some dearer . We have a fairly needy cat and feel they would offer her the best stay for our holiday next year .Nothing against any other ones they all had good ratings. This one sparkled for us on a few extra levels
Cannot fault this kennels at all, I was very worried about leaving my two dachshunds as they had never been in kennels before, my male dachshund can be very reactive to new people and our girl is a very nervous rescue, they were just absolute brilliant phoned me straight back and reassured me, we popped over and were given an in depth tour around without needing an appointment it was all lovely and clean no nasty smells, staff looked to always be around and always busy with dogs etc very helpful and in depth with their set up on daily basis. They both went for a trail session and we phoned to check on them, we were told both were doing brilliantly and they even filmed both of them mixing with the other dogs to show me which was lovely. When the time came for them to stay they let us set up their open crate which they always sleep in at home, and their big bed which my male dachshund just loves, they were so good at looking after them for us and understanding of Ted and how vocal he can be. They contacted me when they had a cancelation and again were just fantastic on their second over night stay, they don't close the dogs in ridiculously early which is something that we had found with other kennels closing them up as early as 4pm! Just cannot fault them at all, thank you so much we will hopefully use again when needed in the future. Love from us all x
