Very helpful and friendly staff. Very punctual and the vet kept my dog as calm as possible so very happy with my visit. Would recommend to anyone.
As always Medivet Rustington. Vets/Nurses/ Front of House Reception provide a first class welcoming, caring service. Sox knows them all and never has any stress or tension when there. Treatment exceptional.
We’ve seen Victoria, the vet, on several occasions, and her knowledge and approach are wonderful. The nursing staff and reception team — Abbey, Felicity, Hayley, Amy, and Amber — are always so kind and approachable, and I feel completely confident that my dog is in great hands. The practice manager, Kate, is also very helpful. Although the practice is now under corporate management, knowing it’s still run by the same caring team as when it was independent gives me great reassurance to stay. They really do care — thank you!
The vets change frequently ,yet all seem a very high standard . Felicity and Abi on reception are brilliant with our Yorkie who is terrified of vets and everyone really looks after her ,and are just so kind and empathetic . Had excellent advice and treatment for recent CKD and confident with diagnosis and care given .
Dalyan my rescue pulls me in the vets every time which is great I know it’s because he thinks he getting a treat but also Luca the Vet is lovely with him. Very thorough but gentle with it,
I’m just so grateful to the staff that Betty my beloved cat went to her forever sleep in a calm, beautiful way. I was given as much time as I wanted to be with her and stroked her throughout. Thank you all so much for your kindness, professionalism and for just being so wonderful at such a difficult time. Thank you also for the sympathy card and little cards with Betty’s footprints on, I will treasure them always.
I've been with Petcare for more years than I care to remember. Always been excellent. Nick is a fantastic vet and I like the fact that he's very down to earth with me. Must admit I still miss Jonathan as he was very good as well. (Jane WYATT née Ibbotson). 21/10/2022 another emergency with one of my dogs. RTA. Severely injured and Jasmina the locum vet was excellent as was the receptionist Heather. Love this practice. Only criticism is they don't cover nights anymore with their sister vets Fitzalan house so it's a longer journey to an emergency vet and extortionate charges.
Very happy with how much care and attention all the staff gave to both of my kittens on their first visit to see a Vet.
