   Daylight robbery! £45 for BIAB infill and did a good job, the lady who did my nails was very nice. I then asked for a pedicure, but with no polish as I already had gels on my toes. This treatment was 15 minutes - I had my feet soaked, scrubbed and then moisturiser was massaged on. I went to pay and was told it totalled £85. I didn’t ask how much the pedicure (without gel) would be prior and I wish I had! Despite it saying £40 with normal polish on the price list (which is still expensive) which would have taken significantly longer than 15 minutes the lady stood firm that it was £40, so I paid. I can’t help but think that’s unreasonable, I have had gel pedicures at nearby salons for £40 which takes 45 minutes . So I paid £85 for BIAB infills and a 15 minute food soak and moisturise… I wont be returning.

   Poor experience. Lady that served us didn’t take time and attention required when spending a lot of money. Rude as well. Felt like she was raising her voice. Nails are already breaking. Will not be coming back. Also is supposed to be relaxing experience but she was very abrupt and rushed our nails.

   Great experience. They are very friendly and also accommodating and often have appointments for whenever I request. It’s easy to book via their Facebook page also. They have a range of gel polish as well as acrylics - it’s always so hard to decide on what color I want every time. They are happy to copy from a photo as well.
