   First time using this garage and can honestly say we are more than impressed. Communication was how it should be. We were sent photos of the work that needed doing for our car to pass the mot. The work was carried out on the same day and mot redone. Can not fault anything. Such honest and reliable people and will now be using this garage in the future

   Get both of our cars sorted here every year. Being close and in the village it’s easy to get to. There customer service is really great. No stuffy mechanics muttering at you and talking to your like your a fool. Just great service. One year I even opted for a gold service and they downgraded it to a silver as I didn’t need the extra which saved me money. I’ve never known any other garage be so honest. It probably costs a little more than other garages but to be honest for the peace of mind it’s an extra I don’t mind paying.

   Terrible experience. Had problems with their work but would the owner accept responsibility and offer an apology. They say they are a female friendly garage on their website. Absolutely, if that means being spoken to in a condescending manner and made to feel belittled. Please find another garage. All front and show but no compassion. Great if you want to speak to a receptionist and not an actual mechanic or maybe that's just female customers.
