Been in Uttoxeter since February and have been to this garage more than a few times. Genuinely honest people, great work and always helpful. Prices are also great to be added, would reccomend this place to anyone. Took it in today to get something done urgently and they got it done! Fantastic.
I’ve been coming to this garage for occasional repairs for years. They’re genuinely honest people who never try to rip you off. Even if minor issues come up, they always keep you in the loop. Their new location is also much more convenient to get to.

Gave them a ring about my cambelt and water pump change. Got my car in within 2 days. All replaced and very reasonable prices. Will be taking my car there again.
I recently bought a car here and have nothing but good things to say about the car, the people and the service they gave. Having never bought a car from a garage before, I was geared up for the hard sell, especially as they drove it out to me to view as I had no transport. There was no pressure at all - both Jason and his son were very patient and helpful - and they were very honest about the history of the car (which wasn't anything awful but could have not been mentioned.) They also collected me a couple of days later once the car was serviced and MOT-ed. The price was very fair, the car is spot on and I highly recommend Balance Hill Autos.

I was recommended Jason and his team by a very very good mechanic who recently retired. I intend to definitely use them when my quashqui is in need of a service or MOT. I only hope that the car pick up service is still viable
I've only been driving for 4 years and in that time they're the only garage I've used. The service they provide is outstanding and always completed in a timely manner. The staff are so friendly and always so accommodating. They've done everything from an MOT & service to fitting a new engine in my car and I could not be happier with the work they did. Jason and Marie are so friendly and will chat like they've known you forever (provided they have the time). I could not recommend the garage enough. (friendly tip: Marie loves dogs, so any fur babies will be welcomed with open arms)
Always a good and honest service. Friendly atmosphere and take time to explain what needs to be done. Wouldn't take my car any where else. Good prices no hidden extras.
