⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience and Total Lack of Respect I visited this dealership with a genuine intention to buy a car — and not a cheap one. Unfortunately, the salesperson decided from the start that I wasn’t worth his time. Because I asked about both an expensive model and a more affordable one, he assumed I “don’t have the money” and became visibly rude and uninterested. And the highlight? He told me I was “probably there just for the free hot chocolate” they offer to customers. A remark as tactless as it is embarrassing for someone representing a company that claims to provide premium service. If this is the level of respect and attention customers receive here, then my money will gladly go elsewhere. I strongly recommend choosing a dealership that understands respect doesn’t cost anything.

I bought my Tesla from V12 and later noticed that the dealer had placed a sticker directly over the rear defrost grid lines. When I removed it, I discovered that several of the heating lines were damaged underneath. Tesla confirmed the only fix is replacing the entire rear window, which costs over £780. The dealer did not warn me that the sticker was placed on a sensitive area or that removing it could cause this kind of damage. When I raised the issue, they refused to help, saying it was my mistake — even though the sticker was applied by them before the sale. I’m sharing this review to help other Tesla owners who bought from V12 — especially if your car still has their dealer sticker on the back window — please check carefully for any damage to your defrost lines before removing it. And for anyone buying a Tesla from V12 (or any dealer), make sure to get written confirmation that the dealer’s sticker won’t cause damage if removed. This has been an expensive and frustrating lesson, so I hope it helps others avoid the same problem.

Poor standards, do not trust Wouldn’t trust this company. Drove 1.5hrs to view a car which the company was aware of and Informed on the phone there was no obvious damage to this car. Upon arrival car had obvious damage such as paint drips from previous repair, damage to the fender, chunks taken out of the tyre, obvious scratches and obvious misalignment of the bumper. Clear signs that the car had been in an accident. This is a 2024 Renault Austral which was advertised as only normal wear and tear of a a 1 year old vehicle. When questioning the dealership employee they acted that this was the first time they had seen this damage after the car was valeted and AA approved. Would not trust the integrity of this company after wasting our time and money. Car taken out of the spot and advertised to us further despite already asking for reserved £99 fee to be reimbursed. If I could give 0 stars I would have

Absolutely appalling experience! I was sold an Audi Q7 with the clear assurance that it had full service history. Two weeks later — still nothing! I contacted Audi directly and, unsurprisingly, they confirmed there is no record of any service history whatsoever. I've even checked the digital records myself — it simply does not exist. The sales rep, Jack, has completely ghosted me. No replies to emails, no returned calls — just vanished after the sale was done. When I try to follow up, I get bounced around to head office who say they “can’t help” and that it’s the branch’s responsibility. But of course, the branch is unreachable! This is blatant misrepresentation and shows a complete lack of accountability or professionalism. Service history is a key part of a car’s value — without it, the car is worth significantly less. Yet I’m left chasing shadows while the dealership washes its hands of the issue. Avoid this place at all costs!! They’re happy to take your money, then disappear when any problems arise. Absolutely disgraceful.

Well what can I say! We paid a deposit last weekend on my daughters first car. She was so excited and so was I. We made an appointment to view and buy the car today in their Nelson branch. We drove over 60 miles to be told the vehicle wasn’t there, even though I had a confirmation message about my appointment. I even rang in the week to check it was there only to be told yes, it’s actually on a transporter as we speak on it’s way to Nelson (from Hinckley Head Office)! So I rang head office twice whilst I sat in Nelson showroom to be told somebody would call me back. Neither did. Appalling customer service not to mention the disappointment in my daughter! We have even paid to insure the car so that was another £65 wasted. Steer Clear of this company!! I must say the staff at Nelson were actually very apologetic but it was out of their hands. The company deals with the public from a call centre so they haven’t got a clue!! How can they tell me it’s on a transporter when the guy at Nelson told me they didn’t even have one! Disgusting !!

They are nice, everything is fine until you purchase a vehicle from them. After the purchase is just no chance to talk with them. In the showroom it was presented for me a paint protection package with inside impermeability protection as well. The presentation was just wow, I was saying I need this, I have 2 kids so is perfect. I paid £300 for it and they did it in 15 minutes the whole car, inside and outside!!!! Ridiculous!!! Of course, I made a complain but I still can't reach them because nothing what they showed me in the showroom is absolutely not applicable on my car. I poured water on the seats and in seconds all the water goes inside the chair. Outside is a same, no protector at all!!! I still want my money back. 0 costumer service 0 after sales service 0 care for the client *Edited from 1 to 5 stars* 5 stars because I get my money back, fast.

Appalling after sales service! I bought a vehicle in May and immediately spotted an issue. Sent by them to one of their recommended garages who diagnosed even more issues. VERY slowly a couple of these things have been rectified but over six months later, one of the issues remains unresolved and now I am getting no response from them. Interestingly, shortly after I bought the car, a review appeared on Trust Pilot from someone with my first name, living in the same part of town as me, and having dealt with the same salesman. I can assure you that I did NOT post that review. I assume their tactic is to make things so difficult that customers eventually give up. Well done V12 - you win! I no longer want anything to do with you. You now have a customer who will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend you to anyone else!

Recently bought a used car from Alex here, from start to finish of the test drive to signing for the car was a nice experience. Not pushy or typical of car salesmen. Would definitely recommend

I’ve bought 2 cars from V12 in Hinckley and they were both great cars and I was really happy with the ease of buying from V12 so when a car I liked appeared in the Stoke branch I was happy to view it and I bought it. Presentation was as good as ever and the sales staff were great, no pressure, no fuss, exactly as it should be. The fact that the cars are ready to drive away right away is a massive plus for me, nothing worse than agreeing a deal and being made to wait weeks to collect! Maybe it’ll be 4 for 4 when I change again?
