   Darren was a complete life-saver! Opened up the garage especially for us during a public holiday when we had an emergency light on the dash and we were half way on our road trip to Scotland! He couldn’t have been more efficient, more helpful or more kind. I highly recommend this garage.    The team at spears are hardworking, efficient, thorough and were warm and friendly. The troubles with my car had accumulated because where I lived before most of the garages turned me away because it was a so called "gremlin". Spears took the time and effort to discover the major issues. For this I am so grateful and because of them, I feel safe on the road again not just for me but other road users too.    I had an amazing experience purchasing my car from Spear Cars. Before I even bought the car, they went above and beyond — sending detailed videos of the full service being done, taking it on a test drive, and even replacing small parts to make sure everything was perfect before delivery. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and very professional from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way. The car arrived in absolutely top condition — exactly as described, if not better. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase and the service provided.    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend this garage highly enough! The team were absolutely amazing from start to finish friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. I’m not from Stafford so I was nervous of the lack of experience I had to do with cars and picking the right garage. Their customer service was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. The prices were beyond reasonable for the quality of work and care they provided . You can tell they really value their customers rather than just trying to make a quick sale. It’s such a relief to find a garage you can actually trust.    Amazing service from Spear Cars. They repaired my car within 24 hours , However i wanted a change of vehicle ( petrol rather than diesel) and Darren made me an offer for my old car and a deal on one of his cars that i just couldnt refuse. They took the headache out of setting everything up for me and i was driving away the very same day. no hard sale , no hidden extras . it really did take the worry out of everything . i will not go anywhere else from this point. A great guy to do business with !.

   Shock absorber replacement - Unbelievable service from start to finish. Darren came out to the house and checked the car over, took it to the garage for an hour to give a proper look and had it back to me with a diagnosis, a cost for the work and when he could do it. On the day of the work (date and time to suit myself and family commitments which was really appreciated), the car was collected at 10am and dropped back to me at 2pm, with a card machine to make payment there and then. The whole service was seamless, the customer service is second to none and I genuinely am so pleased I have found a reliable, trust worthy, fair priced garage who do exactly what they say they're going to do and go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. 5* service, won't be going anywhere else from now on.

   5* isn't enough!!! I am blown away by Darren's customer service and efficiency in getting jobs done! I hate being a female and having to deal with car garages ... but Darren made me feel like I'd known him forever, and i didn't feel like i was being ripped off once! He came and collected the car and returned the same day once the work was done , and had our other car for a service the following day. Incredibly competitive prices and a genuinely nice man! Will 100% be recommending and using for all future car repairs, service and MOT! Thanks so much Darren!

   Cannot fault Darren and his mechanic, top quality work, had discs, pads, brake fluid change and oil service done. Got back to a car that was also sparkling inside and all the agreed work had been done with no hidden extras added on like other workshops. price was exactly the same as agreed via messages a few days earlier. Feel a bit guilty for leaving the inside a bit dirty now, would definitely recommend and will use Spear Cars again for when my car needs parts/services. Had an update an hour or so in with a photo of the progress of the discs fitted and was shown the condition of pads and discs afterwards.
