   Always get my MOT done here. Recently I had an issue where my handbrake was stuck and they advised me over the phone how to easily fix it myself, which worked! They could've easily charged me money but just gave good free advice. Nice one.

   I came to this garage a couple weeks ago after getting a flat tyre. x2 other garages in Macclesfield couldn't help me due to only being 1 staff on. When, I rang up which was nearly closure for the day, they was able to accommodate me in such short notice. They put my spare tyre on free of charge and everyone was so friendly. Absolute life savers! I would definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

   My experience with central tyres was dreadful. Theyve taken no responsibility for the damage they caused to my vehicle, They charged me lots of money for a repair , then moments after me paying for the work the van started smoking and then an almighty bang came from the engine and the vehicle stopped working..I had to call the RAC to tow my vehicle home..The RAC engineer told my engine has major problems and needs replacing.I called the central tyres garage and they absolutely refused any liability .I've now had to scrap my vehicle after already paying them lots of money.They offered me no help whatsoever. I was advised by the RAC never to take anything there again due to amount of bad reviews they received from there customers..

   After running over a piece of scrap metal today limped my car to central tyre and auto expecting a very big bill for a new tyre, but not only did they actually manage to fix what looked like a badly damaged tyre, but they had it done and returned to me by the end of the day! All this for just £27.50!! Amazing efficient service and brilliant value for money- thanks central tyre and auto- il be back!

   Update JULY24..... dropped three stars as I popped in tonight as they closed to get my son a drink from the coop opposite. The business had closed for the day, and the shutters were coming down. In the time I went in across the road. A member of staff deliberately moved a customers car to try and block me in and parked it against my rear bumper in an empty car park. The two men with disappointing beards thought this move was hilarious. They laughed and drove off, thinking they had blocked me in. They hadn't, but that attitude and use of a customer's car drops you three stars and my future custom. Bad call.... Brought Blue Thunder here for a new set of Bridgestone AT tyres. I already had the tyres, but they swapped them over from my worn winters. Recycled those and then balanced and fitted the new for £20 a tyre in about an hour. Have been here before for the odd lawnmower tyres.

   Never had to have my exhaust fixed three times! Yes, they could see me the same day. I should have known the reason. Their first repair lasted one trip to Birmingham. Another half day taken out of work, no apology, and the excuse given of "they used the old clips on the gasket". One trip to London and the gasket was blowing exhaust fumes again, making my car growl. Third time they claimed someone had drive some welding before and the gasket parts wouldn't match up fully. Well, why not test this first time round? What shambles! I cut my losses and went elsewhere. Not recommended!

   My friend came over for the weekend and get car broke down in Macclesfield. They managed to fit her in that morning and we were on our way by the afternoon. They were brilliant and cheaper than they first quoted.

   I've been regular customer for 5 to 6 years. I came to get a headlight bulb changed and it was quoted over £100 for a BULB, fitted!! I find, I can buy one for around £20 to £30 pounds from Macc Motor Factor's, so this is an absolute con, the owner is ripping his customer's off. That's what you get for being loyal to a garage!! I understand additional costs will be put on, but at 400% plus half a day labour, took me an hour to do without all the proper tools. I would avoid this garage for bulbs, its probably the same on other parts where he's adding ridiculous amounts, for a part YOU CAN BUY YOURSELF!! Its a shame as the people there are awesome and its now effecting relationships with their customers.... Profit is fine, but extreme profiteering isn't!!!
