   We were in the area for a weeks holiday to visit alton towers, upon arrival found we had brake fluid leaking and the car was never going to be safe to drive home. Even though they were fully booked they managed to fit us in so we could continue our holiday, amazing service and very affordable kept us informed as best as possible considering we had very limited phone signal. Thanks Dawn and all your team.

   Where as this review is not related to any work carried out by this garage I would like to say that I was driving down the road with my camper and had a blow out one the front tyre. It was a Sunday and the only place to stop was in front of Smithy garage. The cones were out so I knew they were closed. However the owner of Smithy Garage came out and seen we was in trouble and kindly lifted the cone so we could use his forecourt till the recovery came. A true gent in which both me and my wife thank you. Also the kind words from his wife as we left. Kindest regards Steve and Carri.

   This garage has looked after my cars for the last 5 years. I phoned to book an MOT test and was given a suitable date and time - but when I arrived for that appointment, the man I originally spoke to hadn't written it in the diary, so they weren't expecting me. They did squeeze me in, but it took 3 visits to get my car back and instead of apologising for their error they suggested that I had made the appointment with a different garage. So much for the customer being right!

   Very friendly and helpful. Investigate and diagnose an issue rather than just fitting and charging you for random parts in the hope it fixes the issue. Not the cheapest but on this occasion you get what you pay for. Even fixed my fuel cap for me to help save me the cost of buying another. Highly recommend
