   AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Absolutely terrible. I asked them to be longer but cut them shorter anyways, left acrylic all over my fingers and didn’t file it off or underneath my nails, also cut my cuticles when filing. When I complained and asked for money back they refused. Avoid them at all cost and go somewhere else.

   Disappointing results and poor customer service. Had my nails done a couple of weeks ago (BIAB) in that time one of them started lifting and eventually broke off the top layer with part of my nail. I went in for a nail repair and one of the nail techs gave my nails what I can only describe as a disgusted look before starting the repair somewhat reluctantly. Despite holding both hands next to each other to check the length, the repaired nail is much longer than all the others on the same hand, and the one it was "matched" with. The gel was also applied partially over my cuticle and when trying to remove it the rest has now started lifting off. To make things worse, I was charged £3 for the "repair" – my previous nail place has free nail repairs for a single nail, and the results are impeccable. Very subpar experience, I won't be going back.

   I have done my acrylic nails first time, they have very poor service. Dealing with customer is very poor nail finishing is very bad no size match because of time saving they hurting while doing nails poor .

   Absolutely awful nails. I am a qualified nail tech myself and needed my nails doing as I’d run out of time to do it myself. Not only did I have to file them all when I got home, but they actually hurt. Every time I try to touch or pick anything up, my nails are so painful. I was cut four times with the nail file and even when I mentioned and pulled my hand away, he tried to continue the same thing. I would never advise anyone visiting here. I left with half done painful nails. This is not okay!!

   Worst nails I’ve ever had , the shape and quality is awful. They are have no manners, and are very rough. When filing my nails she would grab my hands aggressively and carelessly file them which left my fingers scraped. She applied my nails on wonky and boxy. Told me it would be £30 at the start when I showed her a reference picture and then when cutting my nails she said it would be £38 for longer nails. Would never go here again and don’t recommend unless you want to walk out with wonky nails.

   not bad but not great. went in and wanted ombre nails, said they didn’t have the colours which every nail salon should (neutral color and brown) so i had to pick a nude pink with a total different brown. The ombré is completely messed up too. The guy was nice though but a bit harsh when filing.

   I got my nails done on Wednesday (French manicure) and when I got home I noticed my clear coat was yellow. I went back today (Friday) to complain about my top coat and the staff were very rude. I simply wanted them to offer me a new top coat (fix the issue) or offer me some kind of partial refund. The member of staff who did my nails was not apologetic or seemed to care now that I have paid for the service. Their words were “nails yellow, your problem” I told them it’s clearly your top coat that is the issue and they told me I need to stop talking and that I’m talking too much. Don’t know what kind of service this is and to think about it, they make you pay for your nails full price before they paint them. They offered me no solution and didn’t want to hear it. They also tried to embarrass me in front of other customers by ridiculing me. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Their tools are dirty, their surfaces are dirty, their products are cheap, you’d probably get an infection by having your nails done here. Their workers are rude and only care about money.

   I went there to take off my nails , the man that was doing my nails tried to pull off acrylics off my nails instead of soaking in acetone. I asked if he could soak my nails instead of trying to pull off my nails , he wanted to dip my nails in piping hot acetone, I refused and waited for it to cool down … I got gel polish , he wouldn’t even acknowledge that he wasn’t doing it right , he kept on laughing, at the end I wasn’t even happy with the results because my nails where not filed properly and had hid finger prints on them. I really like this place but I don’t know why do they always get the older man to do people’s when he can’t properly do them. This is not the first time he did this to my nails.

   Poor service is a serious understatement. Asked for an ombre and they kept saying no other colours even when I could see colours in a basket behind them, then tried to put normal polish on top. Randomly forced me to pay in the middle of the process. Poor filling, not straight, didn't do any cuticle work at all and huffing and switching into a different language when I would ask questions or say what I wanted as its not my first time getting them done. Wasn't listened to at all and was refused ombre. Do not recommend AT ALL. Go to Top Nail on Bridge Street instead!! Don't waste your money at this place.
