   Terrible service. Gave them my car on Friday morning told them exactly what the problems are and what needed fixing. These were minor problems with quick fixes and no investigation needed. I said they have till Wednesday evening/Thursday morning to fix it. Haven’t even looked at it in those 5 days I gave them for resolving the issues. I mean how long do you need. Won’t be going here again.

   Previously rated a 5 for the first couple times of going. Very helpful, very nice guys. Built that much trust brought all 3 cars. Has since diminished any trust. Quashai he had for 15 days struggled to get parts, crossover year needed Nissan parts. Fair enough. Car came back with more problems. Now Astra which they can get parts for had for 12 days and fixed nothing. Nothing in 12 days failed mot on a Friday 26th sept, can’t start till Monday so busy, fair enough. I call Wednesday see if they’ve started it, they said it’ll be ready tomorrow, (Thursday) call again Thursday say it’ll be ready end of the day, no car, Friday comes I call they said it’ll be ready end of day couldn’t get parts crash on a500, it’ll be ready by end of day today I go to the garage closing time Friday which I told them on phone shops completely closed. Monday they say it’s ready tomorrow they have the parts they’re working on it now same shit everyday today is Wednesday 8th October and I go to pick up the car to take it to another garage they have completed 0 work on the car, no coil spring, no exhaust flexi, not turned off the ABS light nothing in 12 days. 0/10 don’t recommend. They take on too many cars to handle and the young guy on phone doesn’t know his arse from elbow, big stress go another garage.

   Known Keith, janice & lads yonks having 1st met fitting Keith & Janice's new kitchen & then a revamp. Mot fails, if any on my old van get quickly sorted & that includes recent problem with a part that's discontinued but it got sorted because they went above & beyond. Prices very reasonable.

   Very good garage. Great place for all motors. MOT testing. Repairs, spray jobs. Really friendly family run business Nick and Keith are well established in the motor trade for a lot of years under there belt. And they are always happy to help if possible.
