Really happy with the last couple of times I’ve used the garage. Not had much luck with my car - but the garage has done an amazing job and returned it back to new. Few minor hiccups, but all sorted quickly and professionally - wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (although I hope I don’t need to)

Said they can do a job after seeing what is required! Then after 3 days & trying to get updates from them I went there to collect the goods to take somewhere else.. Oh they said it couldn’t be done either but around the corner the work was taken on ?? Really good firm years ago but now it’s nothing like it used to be.

Outstanding Service – A Benchmark for the Industry I had a warranty repair case for my Mercedes-Benz vehicle that was initially delayed by the manufacturer. However, once the case was passed on to M&M Group, the experience completely turned around. From the moment they took over, the professionalism, speed, and customer care were exceptional. The Claims Specialist and Operations Manager in particular went above and beyond to ensure the repair was completed to the highest standard. They even carried out additional work that wasn’t required under the warranty, just to ensure everything was perfect. The quality of the bodywork was flawless, and the turnaround time was impressive. Their dedication and attention to detail should be a model for customer service across the automotive repair industry. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused bodywork repair shop, I highly recommend M&M Group. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Would not recommend at all. My stationary car was hit on 30th April, and our insurance advised that we had to use M&M Stoke-on-Trent. The original repair date was set for 28th May, with a one-week turnaround. On 27th May, I was told not to drop the car off due to parts not being in stock—specifically the headlight. I questioned why this wasn’t flagged earlier, and the staff were rude and dismissive, incorrectly insisting parts wait times can’t be checked until ordered. I work for BMW/MINI and know this isn’t true. They refused to collect my car initially because I was 6 miles out of range. They claimed it was an inconvenience to them the parts didn't arrive because they now have an empty ramp in the workshop, so therefore would not offer to collect my car as goodwill as its just as much of an inconvenience to them as it was to me. Eventually, I was given a new drop-off date of 5th June, and after again requesting pickup, they finally agreed the day before to collect my car from my work address. After collection, the car was supposed to be returned within a week. On the return day 12th June, they said they found extra damage—an impact absorber—that should’ve been spotted when the car was stripped on 5th June. At this stage they should have prioritized getting my car finished due to the absolute mess they had caused... but no. On the week of 16th June, I was told it would be ready. I made it clear since the first delay that I needed the car back by the 21st June as I was leaving the country on 24th June. Midweek, they said more damage- bumper brackets - was found. Again, parts which were obvious from photos sent earlier and even if they weren't, they should have been noticed on 5 June when the car was stripped or on 12th June when they again found more damage. Friday 21st passed no closer to getting my car back. On Monday 23rd, I was told the car was ready and would be delivered on the 24th, which I had explicitly said wasn’t possible. I explained this again and suggested delivery on the 23rd, they said they could deliver it on the 24th to my work address - again this was not possible to deliver to my work address on this date as I was out of the country. After going round in circles, I suggested delivering the vehicle after 1st July, or to my home address while I was away. They refused and later called me back to finally agree to deliver it to my home on 24th June. A one-week repair turned into a month-long ordeal. I was repeatedly misled, spoken to poorly, and left without my brand-new 25-plate car due to their delays. This garage caused far more stress than they solved, lack of process, lack of customer service, rude staff, no time management, and no initiative. Avoid at all costs.

Sustained a small dent on the front of my Mazda MX5 ND most likely from a trolley at a supermarket car park. I originally went to the Holdcroft group body shop, they charged me £54 for a quote and used audatex to give me a very expensive quote. I sought the help of Jack and his colleagues at M&M who happened to be Mazda approved. They were able to give me a quote free of charge and carry out the necessary work for half the price I was quoted at Holdcroft. They did an outstanding job in less than the estimated time!

Very professional staff. Initially went to Alex and his colleague for a scratch. They did an amazing job quite promptly and also fixed a leak for free. Will definitely go back for future repairs.

They had my car 20 days hadn't even started the work, then rang to say it would be another week. Because I complained at 530 Fri they wrote my car off Mon 9am and said their was an extra problem with wheel. this was a lie. They did it because of malice. I went straight to a very stringent mot and asked them to check my wheel carefully. No problem at all with my wheel. They also wrote my friends car off for a dent in the boot lid. Both cars low mileage and full service history. Makes you wonder why the are busy writing off cars that shouldn't be written off. Don't go there .be warned! M AND M have replied but of course they have lied and made out this is a false review. I have letters to and from my insurance with all details of the problem I had with them. I am looking into what to do about there conduct with trading standards . Anyone doubting my authenticity note my number of reviews , I am also a retired police officer.
