   Was recommended to take my vehicle to this garage by a friend for injectors replacement as part of an evaluation of rough running under load on a VW. On the surface lots of good reviews. Taken to the garage on Wednesday (by garages request for their convenience) so that the work could start early morning Thursday. Friday I called in afternoon to check how the work was progressing but was told mechanic needed to speak to me but he was busy and would call back. no one did ! Long story short, multiple unanswered calls on Thursday later on then same on Friday. Then after talking to friend who had also been trying to contact them was informed the work would be done Tuesday. Heard nothing again on Tuesday ..Finally a receptionist answered the phone Wednesday ( a week now has passed) saying no work had been done and someone would ring me back AGAIN. Wasn't falling for that old chestnut of course...realising I was being treated with total contempt; was absolutely livid..Managed to get a lift in and predictably a row ensued and all the excuses under the sun came out After contradicting what the receptionist had said and more lies and pointless word salad I left in disgust. I noted my vehicle was parked in exactly the same spot and the same way round in the same place. nothing had been touched and the injectors still in a bag on the seat unopened exactly as I left them. Unbelievable.

   Awful service. Booked in for an APPOINTMENT on Saturday. No communication ALL DAY even though he sad he would ring. We showed up to the garage at half 4, finding it shut. After some time, some guys came out who told us NO work had been done. And that the boss left and didnt tell the mechanics what was wrong with the car. NO PHONE CALL to tell us and let us know. Terrible terrible service.

   I'm sorry to say that after my last visit I cannot even award 1 star. We have used this garage for a couple of years for MOT work and my last visit was to have some corrective work carried out to pass an MOT, while my car was in their care it got damaged, my vehicle was being reversed outside of the garage and another vehicle which was also reversing managed to back into our car causing the passenger rear door to be completely caved in and some damage to the sill,This happened early in the morning but it was only later that day when I went to collect my car that I was told about it. I was upset but understood that accidents happen and after chatting with Simon the owner who assured me that everything would be corrected at my convenience and get me booked in the following week, so I left feeling confident that they were good at there word. How wrong that was, promised calls to me didn't happen, I had to call them only to be told I had to wait for a new door to be delivered, again understandable but after 2weeks and no sign of getting booked in, I called again to try arranging a day to bring the car in, they agreed for the following week so I dropped the car off. For 2 weeks my car was parked around the back and not touched even thought the replacement door was there. I called at the garage to see my car had not even been moved. I decided to take the car away along with the door because at this stage it was clear that I was just being fobbed off. I changed the door myself which involved changing all the glass from my damaged door and even though I'm no mechanic it only took me 1-5 hours to do. I still need to get the door painted. Simon comes across as a nice guy who you think you can trust but for us it just showed his true character, not once has he been in touch to apologise. If I had have done damage to a vehicle while in my possession I would be mortified. Probably this was a one off but if you have your car damaged while there, don't trust what he says.

   I was recommended this garage. So booked my car in for a full service and mot and wheel bearing replacement. I was contacted by a mechanic who explained that I would need two shock absorbers as well. For the work and time spent on my car the price was alot cheaper than I expected and the work was to a high standard. Couple of days later I picked up my car happy day. I would use this garage again and will recommend this garage to anyone very professional service
