   Charlotte, the team, and the service they provide are fantastic! Patch (my dog) absolutely the sun's that he gets taken on - he comes back so happy (and tired!) It's easy to book a run through the website, hassle free pick up and drop off, I get photos and videos from the run afterwards, all for a very reasonable price. I was also particularly impressed by the care that Charlotte took in meeting and getting to know Patch beforehand, so he could be put in a group of dogs that he would get on best with, as he can be a bit nervous around other dogs. I absolutely recommend the Dog Runner for anyone who has an active dog that loved a good run around!

   Wally (18 month old welsh springer) has the best time on his runs, he knows all members of the team well now and he trusts them, being a more shy boy this is important. He had a difficult couple of teenagery hormonal months which we are through now but Charlotte and team were very patient with him and kept him under control we he was being particularly naughty whilst ensuring he got a good run and sniff in.

   Charlotte and her team are wonderful. Betty loves going out for a run with the pack. I love that Charlotte offers early pick ups in the warmer months to ensure her furry friends don’t get over heated. I also love the ease of booking Betty in, so simple and efficient. If your dog loves running and enjoys the outdoors as much as Charlotte does, this is the place!

   I couldn’t ask for a better dog walker! Charlotte and the team have been fantastic with Norah, who gets so excited for her runs that she can tell when Charlotte is about to pick her up just by the sound of the key in the lock. Charlotte is incredibly attentive to Norah's needs and sensitive to her various sound triggers, which has made a huge difference. I always feel reassured knowing that Charlotte keeps me updated on Norah’s wellbeing and love the addition of daily photos of their runs. Highly recommend!

   Charlotte and her team are fantastic, Oakley our cockapoo always loves going for his run, he gets so excited and always knows when it's time for his run. Oakley always comes back tired and very happy, he gets to go to some cool places and meets lots of new dogs.

   When Heidi joined our family and it was time to use the service’s of a dog “walker” we already knew that we wanted Charlotte to be taking her out. You just know that Heidi is going to have an amazing time every time and running with the pack is brilliant for her! Charlotte and Ian both LOVE Heidi and all of the dogs they take out, they provide way more than just a service, they are a part of Heidi’s and our lives! I’m just jealous that I’m not going out with them !

   I chose Charlotte for Digby because of the type of exercise, I didn't need a dog walker because I can do that and Digby needed to lose weight. I was really really nervous about letting him go out with someone I didn't know but Charlotte was absolutely understanding of all my questions. More than a year later, Digby's weight is great with fine body condition and what's more his general fitness and activity is improved. He waits for her to come and is so HAPPY to go, I don't need any more proof of what a good decision this was.

   My dog, a 12 year old, very stubborn, lurcher adores Charlotte. With wfh during lockdown and then a bad back he became very attached to me. With patience, encouragement and a little bit of magic Jasper, literally, flies off whichever bed he's on when he hears Charlotte's voice. This happens when I'm not there and when I am. Although, due to his aches and pains he is not allowed to run anymore, Charlotte makes sure he has a happy walk every time they go out.
