   Absolutely livid. Upon taking my dog to see Phoebe after her 5 month break (maternity leave) i had managed to grow my dogs hair to a really lovely length on top. When I arrived I specifically said to Amy who was doing the groom not to cut the top of the head or the ears. I actually said ‘strict instructions’ I could not have made it any clearer. On collection Amy had taken off at least 2inches from the head. She then had the cheek to tell me I didn’t give her those instructions. I rang Phoebe as soon as I left to tell her how upset I was, & that could she tell her assistant they must in future listen, she told me Amy can hear as she had me on speaker phone & as a groomer they do what they see fit. Totally unprofessional. So if you don’t care what kind of cut your dog gets then be my guest. I for one will not be back.

   Phoebe was so patient, kind and accommodating with my elderly difficult, rescue dog, that I have had no hesitation in taking my new puppy to her and recommending her to my friends. We have had two practise visits and a first clip and my Labradoodle skips happily in looking scruffy and out looking stunning. Grooming will be such an important part of a curly coated dog's life that it is such a relief to know that Phoebe's place is somewhere he is happy to go and I love the end result. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks Phoebe and Amy.

   If I could rate this as a zero I would in a heartbeat. Phoebe did not do as we asked, in fact, done the complete opposite. Our puppy had a lovely long coat being a Maltipoo, albeit he had a few mattes, but we agreed on a very slight scissor trim. Instead, she’s shaved him down to almost an inch of fur all over and hasn’t blended his head hair properly to his body. We are absolutely gutted as it’s going to take months for his coat to grow back through! Use this service at your own risk. We have been advised by a professional groomer who is very experienced that Phoebe is responsible for an utterly terrible job. Never will we ever use her again. Avoid!

   Phoebe gave my puppy Winnie her first bath and trim and did an excellent job. Winnie was instantly taken by Phoebe and had a great experience, coming out super happy and looking and smelling amazing :)

   I genuinely can't praise Phoebe enough. Not only is she a lovely, friendly person who you warm to immediately, but she is absolutely wonderful with animals! My dogs adore her and she treats them like royalty and they always come back looking (and smelling) glorious. Her grooming skills are faultless, she always listens carefully to what you want and does exactly that. Phoebe will also try and fit you in if she can, although her schedule is really busy so always best to try and book in advance. Of course, that's hardly surprising given that she's so good!
