   Myself and my mum have been taking our boy Bear to Jo for quite a while now. We came to her as our previous groomers were behavioural ones and unfortunately gave up their business. Bear loves going to get groomed, he has come on so well since being there, I think it’s more to do with the fact he gets fed there! He loves all the attention and food he gets and he even lets Jo cut his claws and then makes him smell so nice! All the staff are so nice and pleasant and always talk to us, making us feel very welcome. Best of all, Bear is always knackered when he gets home and falls straight asleep!

   Fantastic groomers. No is so lovely and unlike every other groomer we tried before Rudi is happy to go in and not at all worried. Jo is so skilled and experienced she knows exactly how to trip my rare breed dog. Will not go anywhere else.

   Jo. and her team have been grooming our 7 year old spaniel regularly for most of her life! She always comes back looking very neat and tidy. Most recently they spotted a small growth which we hadn't seen. That allowed us get her successfully treated by the vet much sooner than we might have otherwise. So good to know that besides a neat 'hair do' she's getting experienced eyes looking out for health issues too. Top marks.

   No hesitation in recommending Jo and her team, my labradoodle puppy loves going for grooming and is always so excited to be there. We recently used the boarding service and everything was so easy with great communications throughout and there was a marked difference in behaviour when he came home. They clearly know what they are doing and offer professional and friendly service that is 100% reliable. Will be making use of the daycare services once we return to office working.

   Jo is very good with my collie Jesse who goes for a bath & blow dry once a month. Jesse has a few issues mentally (as she's a rescue) & physically (arthritis) so I stayed with her the first time but she was fine & Jo was very caring. The facilities are excellent and I'm especially impressed by the way Jo has arranged the drop off & collection of dogs off during the time of this dreaded corona virus. I can't recommend her highly enough, & leave Jesse with her without any worries.

   We first took our German Shepherd Pablo to Jo when he was just 4 months old and we’ve never looked back. We started off with the puppy package and since then he has had many grooms, walks and overnight stays with Lead me to Luxury and we feel so lucky to have found them. The team are very experienced and knowledgeable about dogs, Pablo absolutely loves visiting them whether its’ for a holiday or a groom and its reassuring to know we can leave him in a safe and loving environment. Every groom includes a 6-point health check and Pablo comes home smelling and looking amazing. I would recommend Lead me to Luxury to everyone I had the chance to.

   Great experience in a lovely professional salon. Our dogs were relaxed and happy and came out looking (and smelling) beautiful. Jo is clearly very experienced with dogs and the health check is welcome reassurance our dogs are healthy. Worth travelling that little bit further from East Grinstead for a wonderful service.
