   What can I say?!?! So pleased with DogGails grooming. Very polite, excellent customer service and very reasonably priced and a flawless job!! Reggie our little fox normally hates being groomed but DogTails did such an excellent job on him he left happier than ever! We will definitely be back! I couldn’t recommend DogTails grooming enough!

   I have a very nervous dog who has never had a nail trim before (except under anesthesic) and she's only just turned one so I was very nervous about her response to a nail trim as most things scare her. Well the service was outstanding, in and out in 5 mins. Didn't need an appointment, knew exactly what needed to be done and cut her nails so quick and painlessly! I couldn't be happier. I'm not sure of the name of the lady who cut Bonnie's nails today but thankyou so much and we will 100% be back!

   Took Milo to be hand stripped and the whole works, He was met by Vicky who done a fantastic job, Milo was so happy he tried pulling out of his harness whilst trying to put him in the car he just wanted to go back In, certainly coming back again with Milo and peanut. Thank you Vicky

   I have always had my little yorkie groomed by dog tails and they are very professional and friendly. Please do not cancel or not turn up even if you have a valid reason, as they don’t want to know and not forgiving. I now have to go elsewhere! Having said that I would still recommend them! As I was told they have a business to run!

   We initially met Vicky when out walking and I was impressed with the advice that she gave me about how to care for my dog's coat. We attended for a puppy intro pack and it was the best decision we have ever made. She has now been grooming my dog for three years and he loves to visit her for a cuddle. The team are professional, friendly and kind to all the animals and know each dog so well. Vicky continues to offer high standard care and takes time and care to groom his coat to perfection. I feel so fortunate to have found the shop and that we are so well looked after. I cannot recommend them more highly.
